    Dolphin Transport LLC
I got in touch with them and they were going to pick up the car the next week. For three weeks I called and they were always getting back with me. They were appeasing me over the phone. They didn't have any information for me except they were going to call me back. They do not refund your deposit. I would not use this company and would not recommend them to anyone.

They were going to move the vehicle within one week. I put down a non-refundable deposit of $150. After one week I continued to call them and no one would answer. They blocked my call and I could not talk to anyone. I received an email that they wanted to me to up the payment upon delivery and that would increase the incentive for the movers. I would not recommend this company.

    BMW Of Montgomery
On March 3, 2010, the 2002 Porsche Boxster that we purchased from BMW of Montgomery on December 30, 2009, stopped working - just 63 days later. At the dealership's request, we had the car towed to their service center. Initially, we thought it was the battery. We spoke with our sales person, Wayne Young, when we got there. He was to call us with the results of the diagnostic. We waited all day to hear from Mr. Young. Around 3:30pm, we called and found out that Mr. Young had done nothing to follow-up on our car. Around 6:00pm that night, we learned that the battery (had some bad cells) and alternator had to be replaced. We were given a quote of $800 - $1000 for the alternator ALONE. We were also told that the vehicle was going to be towed to the near-by Porsche dealership for the repair to be made. Given that we purchased the car fairly recently, we asked Mr. Young about how the repair bill would be covered. Mr. Young said he would get back to us. On March 4, 2010, we waited until about 11:30am before calling Mr. Young to find out what was going on. Not surprisingly, Mr. Young had done nothing. Our car was still sitting on the lot and no efforts to get the repair underway were being made. Understandably, the BMW service department was not going to do anything until they heard from us. We, however, were waiting on Mr. Young. Mr. Young never called us back, but had another sales person call us - Jason Wilson. Mr. Wilson could not tell us how the vehicle was examined prior to being placed on the lot, and also informed us that the BMW dealership is not properly equipped to fully examine a Porsche. After calling my wife "stupid", he took the "sold as is - too bad" position and told us that the dealership would not cover any of the costs of the repair. My wife arranged to have the car towed to a service center of OUR choice, since we were going to have to pay the entire bill. If we had let the Porsche dealership repair it, it would have cost us $1,500 - $2,000. The repair place we choose was able to determine that the battery (it had bad cells) caused the alternator to go. If the car had actually been checked out prior to being sold, this situation never would have happened. We ended up paying around $850 to have the battery replaced, a new alternator put in and a wheel alignment. The wheels had also never been fixed prior to sale.
