    Payne Pool Professionals
Payne Pools installed a new liner for me in May 2019. In December I advised them of a problem with the liner. There is a one year warranty on the liner and installation. Despite several text and phone calls and assurances they would fix the problem. No one called me or came to look at the problem. Apparent they do not honor their warranty or their service.

DONT HIRE SOMEONE WHO STEALS FROM YOUR PROPERTY!!!! - Pensacola ASP Does This ASP is very shady! The owner Trevor will come to your house talk a sweet talk and explain. During his sales pitch he states promises this company cant keep. Baskets under $50 are free but you get charged for them. They also say they will email you pictures before and after each cleaning, but they do not so when you ask them to verify their cleaning they truly cannot hold their word to the real time promise they have made. When they send up the pictures 3wks later, they are of the same picture. EVEN WORSE the 1st treatment they did on my pool they used the chemicals I had owned/stored on my property without my permission. Trevor denied the incident and told me I should lock stuff up in my own backyard so no one takes it. Wait... I have to lock up my stuff from the pool guy? THENAFTER this Trevor starts harassing me over text, over and over till I had to block him. Trevor then started to send tons of emails of the same invoices all in one sitting. How immature!!! I received 21 emails on Dec 31st for 3 invoices. 1 invoice was for the basket that wasnt free. I contested it and nothing is free. 2nd invoice was 1 months worth of pool cleaning though I only had them less then a month. 3rd invoice was for the following month which was ridiculous because they never came out that month!!! Trevor stated he would give me a credit for the chemicals I owned that were used but no credit was given. Trevor states verbally there is no contract and you do not sign a thing but he will hold you to a FAKE Contract that doesnt exist. When cancelling he will state you need a 30 notice... After the incident they came back on property and turned a pool line off and manually turned off the filter so the pool wouldn't circulate. Odd how the house went on vacation and the pool magically turned itself off in the electrical box and turned it's own levers to the pipe lines to off. What a revenge they have and the harassment is too stressful. Also, before moving into this house the same thing happened with the pool. One pipe line was turned off and the electrical was off so it wouldn't circulate. The pool was green and a door tag was hanging on the door advertising ASP Pool Service. This is how they make their business. Walk on a property and mess with the pool functions. I spoke to the past owner and they made sure everything was open and working on the pool when they left the week before. The past owners of this house expressed they had a hard time with this company as well. HERE IS YOUR SIGN!!! Dont do it unless you like thieves. Also, Trevor places his ASP cards all around town. Pool places, dive shops, ect. Since they are there for the people to grab, I make sure I grab the entire stack so no one has to go through what I have. I vow to do this as long as I live here.

These guys are top notch. Our pool was filthy and we had a birthday party planned for the weekend. I called them on Wednesday and by Friday afternoon our pool was clean. Thanks to Lance and his crew the party was a hit and our pool was the center of attention.

Very professional and very nice. Fixed pool problems quickly, (pool did not hold water) and for a reasonable price. problems included skimmer, leaking plumbing lines from pump, and building new platform so pump sits level now.

    Pensacola Pools
My Polaris needed to be repaired and my pool cleaning service recommended Pensacola Pools to me. Entering the store I was impressed. They have anything you could want or need there. The store is spotless. The people i dealt with were professional, helpful and pleasant to deal with. I dropped the unit off and had a "guesstimate" on what the repairs typically are. My unit needed more work than expected so they called me in advance to let me know and get a go-ahead. It was like a new unit when I got it back and has worked flawlessly for three months. I'm very impressed with the store, the people and the way they do business. Will definitely use them again.

    DEPENDABLE POOL CLEANING SVC
Excellent. They showed up the day I called & provided a competitive quote. I've used them for 4 months for weekly cleaning and they have provided perfect service. They are on-time, every time. I'm new to the area and new to owning a pool. My pool is spotless and the water literally sparkles! The owner, Violet has been wonderful providing recommendations for repair work that needed to be done in two instances and her recommendations were great. These people go over and above. Even if someone else gave me a lesser quote I wouldn't change. Top notch company!

    Alabama Pool Works
Very responsive, had someone out the same day I called them and they had it fixed the next day. I had been waiting on another local company to fix it for over 2 months. Unreal. Based on this I hired them to do regular weekly maintenance and that has been fantastic as well. They are always on time and do a great job with my pool.

    Payne Pool Professionals
My liner was replaced by Payne Pool Professionals in March. In April I notified them of several issues (wrinkles, track defects, cap missing on stair strip, water in light, loose tile, gaps.) Around the same time I notified them of a leak. Sanders said someone would be out within 4 weeks. Six weeks passed. I contacted them him again. Steve came in June. He fixed the missing cap/cracks, sealed both lights, said he would monitor the leak and come back for the wrinkles. He said there wasn’t much to be done about the track. I contacted John numerous times about the persistent leak and wrinkles. I saw Steve a few times up until early July. My son texted John on my behalf in August to check the status. He replied that they were working on it. Several weeks passed. Hadn’t heard from anyone. In September my son texted John again. He replied that he had talked to me and thought the leak was fixed. I was shocked! A leak hadn’t even been found, much less fixed. John said he would send divers. We waited another week. No divers came. At that point (almost 5 months later) that I called Navarre Leak Detection, who came the next morning. They quickly found a “very large” leak at the bottom of the steps from what appeared to be a stretched screw hole, and which was determined to be the fault of Payne Pool Professional’s. I hadn’t been in the pool so I decided to get in to take a look from the inside. I discovered large portions of loose track that aren’t screwed down. There are large gaps between the track and wall, large enough to fit half of my hand behind. The skimmer at the deep end is recessed and not in line with the tile and the screws at the top of both skimmers have rusted. A couple of places are broken and have been repaired with some type of epoxy. There are pebbles, rocks, divots, bubbles and other rough and uneven areas under the liner in many areas of the pool. It is hard to capture all of the defects, especially in the deep end because my light has filled back up with water and no longer works. I didn’t have any of these issues before the liner replacement. I imagine that thousands of gallons of water leaking underneath the pool for almost 5 months is a factor. I contacted Sanders to inform him that the leak had been found and of the additional issues. He sent Robert and Steve over to meet with my son. My son tells me that Robert says I’m being “nit-picky” and that the defects are normal. A resolution was not reached and I’m told Robert stormed out. Steve said they would be in touch. A couple of weeks passed. We heard from no one. My son texted Steve to see if he had talked to Sanders about a resolution. Steve replied that there WAS a resolution and that he would be calling the next day. He texted back a couple of days later to say that Sanders offers no resolution. Sanders did send me a check to reimburse me for leak detection. After seeing my negative review on facebook, Robert commented and ask me to contact him the following week when he would be back in town. I called and left him a message. I asked that he return my call if they were willing to fix EVERYTHING. He never called me back. I took the pictures to a local pool company and talked to two professionals. They didn’t want to involve themselves but said they believe the pebbles and rocks will eventually make their way through the liner. One of them made the remark “I’m glad we didn’t do this job.” When Sanders came in January to give the job estimate he said he would put a new track on because with age they tend to get brittle and whatnot. However, the old track was put back on. The quote and invoice state “Replace” track. I asked Sanders about it after the job was completed. He said they were worded incorrectly, and that he would not refund the money. This is the first time I’ve given a negative review of any company. I'm shocked at the lack of professionalism over the past SEVEN MONTHS, the quality of work performed, and that Sanders will not honor his warranty and fix my pool.

    Professional Pool Builders
Due to another companies (liner guys aka waterscapes) inability to perform quality work and damaging our pool, we basically needed a rebuild. Roger's work is amazing. He takes his time and treats your pool as if it was his own. His kind and professional approach to his work makes him very easy to deal with. Highly recommend Professional Pool Builders.
