BHome Maintenance MasonryNegotiated with Mr. Reid to build a brick Mailbox and walkway,. His crew arrived a little after 12, comming from Birmingham the crew really friendly ask me where I wanted mailbox and side walk, and they went to work took about 3 hours to complete with a three man crew. Wife happy with work so am I, all in all good job a little on the expensive side for labor, but have to take account that they are coming from Birmingham I will use again if needed.- Justin A.

FSent photos of work to be done on Oct. 9th. Scheduled work for Oct. 14th. Colin said would start at 7 a.m.. I sent him a text at 8:15 and he said they were working on a window and would be on their way in about 30 min. He said they were 19 miles away. They arrived at noon. I did not hire them.

FMy home had been vandalized and Triad was contracted through my insurance agency to make the $32,000.00 in repairs. We live out of state, so we had to trust they would do the work properly. The work they did was fantastic, so I’m told by my shady property manager. However, while the Triad crew was working on my home, a neighborhood child threw a ball and broke the highest window in my in the house. The Triad crew let him go and did not tell me about the window. I didn’t find out about it until my HOA demanded it be fixed and my property manager asked Triad if they knew how it had been broken. I still can’t wrap my head around grown adults who are supposed to be professionals, watching my window being broken and not notifying me at the least but not even getting the name of the boy or his address. It makes me even wonder if there was a boy and if the crew members broke it themselves. For this lack of professionalism, they wouldn’t even get 1 Star if it was an option.

AThe first quote that Stop Leak Waterproofing LLC gave us had some options on it so we went back and they detected some other issues like the gutter issues so we got a gutter company out and then we went back and we didn't think we needed some of the work and they didn't think we needed some of the work quoted and so we just got back from them this back. Their quote is probably more than a middle for the work they will be doing. They were professional, they explained the work and they took time looking at the work that needed to be done. We have been pleased with them up to this point. They are going to do the work for us.
