ASimpliSafe Home Securityit was very easy to install. my only problem was the cellular phone card in the control module was for a T mobile service. I t wouldnt work because i dont have a cell phone signal for T mobile at my house. I called and the overnight shipped me a Verizon card with instructions to replace the card. Afterwards it work perfectly. I advise anying who orders this system to check on cell service and order for it for Verizon, T Moble, ATT etc.- Thomas S.

I chose Protect Your Home - ADT Authorized Premier Provider because it's the same security system that my boss at work has been using for many years at his house. Alarm panel is easy to navigate, super nice touchscreen. We also opted for a doorbell with camera feature. Helps us keep an eye on delivers and any uninvited guests. FShortly after we ordered the system we changed our mind. The company said they would refund the money but never did. We disputed the charge but was denied from the credit card company even though SimpliSafe could not produce an invoice or any price they sent the system to us. This company is untrustworthy and does not deserve your business. Please save your time and money and use someone else. Just an update. They did return the money they originally refused to refund when we went through the credit card company. I can’t change the grade I have them because the only reason they issued the refund was to protect their standing on Angie’s list.
