BPoor Boy ConstructionThey came out the day after I called about getting an estimate. Looked at the problem and gave an estimate of $4000. When they came to start the work black mold was discovered so everything had to be ripped out and the roof completely removed over the bathroom and rebuilt with pitch so water would not pool and overwhelm the flashing. I let them know up front we were leaving for vacation so they only had 4 days to get it done. The old and mold was removed and new roof with pitch built, new walls were framed and old brittle pipes replaced. This week they are coming back to install the new walls, tile, shower and lights and put vanity and toilet back. that will cost an additional $3000- kathy h.

CSERVPROThey wanted their payment up front. They didn’t want to wait for the money to come from the insurance agent. We told them they would have to wait and they relunctantly took that as answer. The employees that they sent out were nice, but the company I felt is too pushy.- liza m.

FI'm currently looking for a mold test company to test my parents house. Jason from Mold Test Company called the next day I requested a quote from Angies List. I told him about the possible mold issue as my Mom has been sick on an off. He was extremely pushy and wanted to set up the appoinment the next day, I said I'm still doing my research, that I'm not ready for the step yet, I'll call him if I decide to select his company No need to follow up. Then the next day, he texted me "Call me ASAP, it's about your Mom's health." Since I don't have his number in my address book, this was so completely alarmed. How unprofessional to try to scare me to book an appointment with him. Don't even bother to contact them, if this is how they conduct business!

FI have used American Eagle to move my furniture a couple of times. The 2nd time, 5 pieces of my furniture were significantly damaged; deep scratch marks on a DR table, broken leg on DR chairs, chipped glass on end table top, gouge mark in glass on coffee table top. I did not notice the damages until the moving truck had pulled away. I immediately contacted AE regarding the damage and sent photos to make a claim for repair. No one representing AE contacted me, so I have called 4 times and sent emails, to no avail. No one has come to see my damaged furniture. Their contract says the company has 90 days to respond to claims. I wanted to sell my DR furniture and tables, but can not since they are damaged. This is extremely poor customer service. It's not worth using the $79 online coupon. I do not recommend this company!
