AGreat Nation MovingOur 700 mile move from VA to AL went very well. The Great Nation team was punctual and worked very hard to wrap our furniture and move our personally packed boxes to the truck. We received our household goods within a week and so far, so good as we are unpacking. They also moved a grand piano and did a fantastic job disassemling and assembing the piano in the perfect place in our home.- Linda K.

AMotivated Movers of Huntsville & DecaturWe contracted with Motivated Movers after soliciting estimates from two other local movers. Our move required three 2-man teams and two large trucks. Greatest challenge was carrying heavy furniture, including a piano, up a steep driveway to the trucks parked on the street. The guys arrived on time, carefully padded delicate items, and cautiously maneuvered heavy items down stairs, up the driveway, and into the trucks. The crews were completely knowledgeable and professional and worked extremely well as a team to complete the job. We were very pleased with their service and would certainly recommend them to others.- Dave F.

AApplewhite Movers, LLC.Exceptionally The customer service I received when setting up my appointment was exceptional. U"Rainnah and Claudia very responsive and polite over the phone. They also responded quickly to my emails. I was kind of leary about calling due to some of the bad reviews I saw on one of the websites online, but their price was a really good and I decided to take a chance. The movers Anthony, T and Jewels were very professional and moved fast. I appreciated the respect that they showed for my home while moving furniture around. All three were very responsive and pleasant to work with. Upon leaving they presented us with candy and little thank you note.- D T.

FPODS Moving and StorageWhat a NIGHTMARE. We had called and paid the ridiculous amount of money to move our POD across the country and because the delivery was BEFORE the monthly service charge, the customer rep said that as long as the POD was empty and picked up, we wouldn't be charged anything more and all was good... Delivery day came... No POD. We called and they were like "Oh my goodness, your POD never got picked up!"... Two week delay... We have nothing but the clothes and few bathroom items we packed (think 1 week vacation items)... So we went to the store and bought some household items to get us by till the POD arrived. Next day... $700 dollars is taken from my checking account... They cancelled the previous transport and delivery charge... Then added back another one... but wait... they also charged the monthly charge not once, but twice! Also... triple charged me on the insurance!?!?! We currently have no pod, multiple support tickets, no refund, no reimbursement for the household goods, and no type of refund or apology or anything for the troubles. We will never use POD again.- Tim L.

AThey were simply amazing. Moving can be very stressful and they did a great job of making the process seamless. I called the company a few weeks before my moving date to schedule an appointment and I received plenty of information on what to expect. On the actual moving date, they were arrived on time with masks on as well as their large moving truck. They were communicative as to double checking what things we want moved and what we didn't, and they took really good care of our items. We had some larger things like bed frame, mattress, desk, etc. and they packed them very well. The unpacking process was also very professional and easy. Would highly recommend them and would use them again.

APERFECT. The team was so fast and helpful. There was no damage to any of our items including the car they moved. Nothing was left behind and we were able to do a FaceTime walk through once they packed up our apartment. This is the second time we've moved with them and we could not recommend them more. Moving is so stressful and Movers Direct alleviated our stress around packing and moving items. We were so thankful for them.

AAwesome, stress free experience. Royce and his partner Jake (?) were outstanding. When our truck load was 160 lbs over the truck's weight limit of 8,500 lbs, they removed their spare tools and equipment and drove the 890 miles with no more than 1/2 their fuel load to stay underweight. Nothing damaged and they were so helpful in getting all our furniture and boxes into the right places. Protected walls and floors and disassembled and reassembled beds and tables without issues. Outstanding and would hire them again. Thank you!

AMy family just had our alarm installed at our new home. I chose Protect Your Home - ADT Authorized Premier Provider because it's the same security system that my boss at work has been using for many years at his house. Alarm panel is easy to navigate, super nice touchscreen. We also opted for a doorbell with camera feature. Helps us keep an eye on delivers and any uninvited guests.
