AGreat service. Prompt, polite, and fast. Richard said this type of service was personal to him because he used to work at a major "post-accident" company, and he was part of a cleanup for a house fire due to a clogged dryer exhaust vent. He and his son knew their stuff, explained what was going on and what they saw, and said they would come out and run the telescopic snake with a camera for free to see if the vent needed cleaning again. I was REALLY pleased with the service and speed and professionalism, and will have them perform annual service.

FIt looks worse than it did before. They didn't vacuum the carpet at all before they cleaned it, and it now has more spots than before they did the job. By their rules, we only had ten days to do anything about it, and it looked fine for the first ten days. A few weeks later, the original spots had come back, bringing more along with them. I'm angry, to say the least, especially for the money that was paid.
