It went great! I did not have to wait very long and the staff was great! Dr. Hanson checked all areas of concern and put my mind to ease. He was very nice and let me know I could come back anytime I had questions or concerns. They were very fast and efficient!

The appointment went well .Doctor Hartman was very detailed and diagnosed the problem and begun treatment. I would recommend him to all my family and friends for any skin wellness need.

Minimual waiting in both the waiting room and in the treatment room. In and out of office in under 30 minutes. Very happy about the advise given.

    Shelley Ray MD
Dr. Ray examined me. She prescribed oral and topical medications as well as changes in my skin care routine for my acne. All of her recommendations were written down for me. I was also given some samples along with a discount card for my prescriptions. For the rash, she felt I needed a biopsy to determine its origin. This was done during the same office visit. Everything was described to me beforehand. A short time later, I received a phone call with the results of my test. At that time, her recommendations were given to me and another prescription was phoned in to my pharmacy. She has built an amazing practice by providing superb treatment. It is difficult to get an appointment without a wait but it is worth it.

I tried the things she suggested. Some better but ended up with Dr. Krell in Birmingham on a drug study that has changed my life! The waiting room time was long but that happens everywhere. I expect that at the human doctor and the veterinarian. It is wonderful when they are quick but never happens in human medicine.

    Cullman Dermatology Clinic
Whether an initial visit or for surgery, they have been punctual, professional, and caring.  Billing has been a breeze and I receive reminders of future visits.  Having Mohs surgery capability on-site is really great!  I went in, had the lesion removed, waited in a separate waiting room for @ 2 hours, went back in for additional removal and waited some more.  This is much better than having to come back the next day.  Only recommendation would be to have more comfortable chairs for those recovering and waiting to go back for more.  They only have hard back waiting room seats;  recliners of some sort would be good since often you are feeling sore and anxious.  But the professional service is excellent and you can tell they really care.  Even had a follow-up call to see how I was feeling the next day!

I went in for some moles and then after that, they sent me an invitation to an open house. I signed up for micro treatments and a weight loss program she was running. They were excellent on everything but promptness. The aesthetician was always late.

    Brentnall, Dr. Charles
I was thrilled with the outcome of both surgeries and have several friends who used Dr. Bretnall and were equally as happy. The nasal surgery is still great. This year, which has been a severe allergy year, due to the pollen count, and my eyes have just started having bags under them again, but it has been 27 years since the surgery and I am 65 years old. If I could afford it, I would have my eyes done again in a heartbeat and would check with Dr. Bretnall first about doing the surgery. As I stated, it has been 27 years since I had the surgery and I have had no reason to go back until recently. He worked with me on the payments then and would probably do so again, but, until the economy gets better, I will just have to look old and have puffy eyes. In addition to being a good doctor, he and his staff were a lot of fun to be around. I laughed so much during the eye surgery, even though the thought of it had scared me greatly, I did not even realize that he was cutting around my eyes. The aftercare was great, too. Angie, if you or your readers would like to pay for me to have the surgery, I promise to give you a full accounting of the procedure and also have several others in mind that I would like to have. I will be the guinea pig reporter and will share and quot;before and afterand quot; pictures and all the details. All you have to do is pay the bill. :)
