  • The last service did not cost anything because the time before that it was still under the 90 day warranty period. I cant remember how much it was the first time they came. The provider gets a B overall. The fact that they can't fix it, I think, is a Samsung problem, not a provider problem. I am not sure it is fair to grade them on the fact that they cannot fix it. It takes two weeks every time you get them scheduled to get out here in this area. The fact that they can't fix it keeps me from calling them again. I am living without an icemaker. I am not using them because they cannot fix the issue.

  • It is still not working. They apparently can’t fix it. I have refrigerator freezer without an ice maker. I did not pay for it because when they repaired it before they did not effectively repair it. Usually it took them a week and a half to come out. I have a fairly new three door refrigerator freezer with no ice maker.

  • I called and told him what was going on and he said he would be out to my house that afternoon.  He arrived at 3:30pm,  He came to the door and introduced himself to me.  I showed him where the bathroom was and he began to see what was going on with the sewer problem.  He told me that he would have to bring in a drain cleaning machine but that it would not make a mess throughout the house and hopefully not even the bathroom.  He started with the machine until he reached the problem of what had it stopped up and proceeded to unstop it.  After getting that done he replaced the broken handle on the commode. He was very nice and polite.  I would recommend him and I will call him again.

  • We thought it went well, until we found several items that were broken or not in working order that were not listed on the warranty report.

    The best example is the warranty report stated the wall oven and dishwasher were in working order.   The wall oven door does not stay closed, so temperature is never accurate.   We placed a service all and parts are no longer available for this Whirlpool model.   There are 8 wash settings on dishwasher, and only 1 of those settings works.  Parts no longer available on this Whirlpool dishwasher.  We have had to replace both of these appliances costing us $1,737.00.   Several other items were not reported, like cracked window in bedroom, rotted wood on several window sashes.  

    My advice-- If you decide to use John Boozer from PillartoPost, purchase his most extensive and most expensive home warranty.

  • He quoted a price that was for completely done and ready to move in with yard and landscaping included. The contract was different though. He threw in that she had to pay extra for appliances, light and plumbing fixtures, and landscaping and gutters. He insisted on taking her to do the shopping for it all and ended up talking her into what he thought should be used. He was very insulting and would make you feel like a small child with the way he would pull his sunglasses down his nose and look over them at you.   He also made changes to the house plans some of which he did not let us know about. He even added extras that were  of at all necessary and charged for them. He used lumber that was seconds and had splits where it was a supporting wall.  The. Told us that he changed it when he did not.  His overall attitude was that he knew best and you didn't know what you were talking about. He would promise to show up but would not. Using his children as an excuse. He was late in finishing the house from his promised finish date. He ordered extra materials and kept them for his personal use but that we paid for. When I asked him for them he said he was going to use the material for a project he was doing for his mother but did not take the cost of the material off the price. He. Constantly was late. I would recommend that people avoid this person completely. They will pay much more than agreed up front and take longer than needed. Plus he tries to intimidate you.

  • I did not know how to repair it. He came out and in 15 minutes had the issue fixed. This was on a Saturday so I thought it would be very expensive and he only charged me $65.00. He did the work quickly and economically.

  • He started by plugging in a new control panel, this caused the bad part to start making noise, so he put our old control panel back in and fixed the part that was damaged.  I feel that an unscrupulous tech would have probably left the new control panel and charged us for that as well.  He even adjusted a burner on our stove for no charge.  He was at our house on time (actually a little early) and spent less than an hour.

  • It was GREAT. They have been in business 46 years. My septic tank backed up in my house. It was an emergency. I called Rosser's and they showed up with in an hour. Very quickly fixed my problem with professionalism. They were very reasonably priced. I expected to pay more. I will use their services again.

  • A storm front began to blow the  roof off my boat house.  I called Teddie, and he was at my house within 15 minutes.  He saved my roof and saved me a huge amount of money had the roof blown off.

  • Called late Sunday afternoon to make appointment to get problem checked out.
    Mike returned call and said they would come and check it out between 9 and 11
    the next morning. They showed up on time at 10am Monday morning. Got right to
    work and located the problem and gave me an estimate. I said OK to the repair cost
    and they immediately started the work and secured repair parts. The job was done
    quickly and efficiently and cost even came in under repair estimate.
    Mike and his staff  are knowledgeable and professional and I would definitely use
    them again and would recommend them to all.
