He seemed considerate of the cost to us for possible replacement parts. Fortunately, we did not need to replace any parts. We simply had a bad connection and Daniel Morgan quickly solved the problem.

    First the person on the phone let me know I should call to make sure my frig wasn't still under warranty as having them come out would void it...I love the honesty and transparency.
    Second, Tony was punctual and very helpful.  He informed us of the problem showed it to us and then proceeded to fix it.
    Third, he did not create a mess and was very professional.
    The frig is fine now and he was in and out in a timely manner.  I would highly recommend this company and the serviceman, Tony in particular.

    They have worked for us only one time. They worked on our ice machine. There was one technician did this work for us; he was able to make the repairs that same day and it is still working for us today. He was a very nice guy and I would use this company again if I had to.

    S & S Appliance Parts & Service, LLC the experience was absolutely terrible.  They were impolite, condescending over the phone, dismissive over the phone, no calls and no shows on two separate appointments when I stayed home half a day to meet with them they didn't show up twice.  I actually had three service appointments, they did actually come to the house and of five appointments they never fixed the problem or got anywhere close to it.  I was having to use them because of the warranty I have with Maytag, they insisted that I use this company which is why I stuck with them for five service appointments.  I finally called Maytag and asked for a different company and they gave me someone new and they said what the first people had done made no sense at all.  And the second company fixed it.  Unresponsiveness, not timely, arrogant, there is nothing good about the experience.   And the second technician from the second company told me that has nothing to do with the error code that displayed on the machine was saying. So they didn't even know enough to look up what the error code was. What the guy changed had nothing to do with it.

    A and E Appliance Repair in Homewood. I had a good experience. It was good responsiveness, attention to detail, fixing the problem on the first try. Spending a lot of time diagnosing the problem rather than running in and running out. They spent a lot of time on their work to get to the bottom of the problem. That was May 5th.

    Was very pleased with the promptness and knowledge of the repairman. Especially appreciated his honesty about the repair of the washer and vent cleaning. So much so, that I had him replace an ice maker in my refrigerator. That and the charge for the visit make up the $170 cost which though seemingly high is probably not out of reason so I give Price a B grade. But A's for everything else.

    We contacted the company and he came out the next day.  He was prompt and professional.  There was some sort of bolt that was not properly connected, which he stated he had seen on similar machines.  He stated that he suspected it may be a manufacturing defect.  He fixed the problem and told us that on similar machines he had fixed that he had not received any calls back that the bolt had come loose again.  We felt the price was fair and he had our machine operational super fast.  We were very satisfied!

    Usually I just want repair folks to do the job and LEAVE.  This young man, Marc, was efficient and so professional--felt like they'd sent the manager!  And here's the thing--I called at noon, hoping to get an appointment in the next month.  Turns out they had a person in the area, and he was at my door within 30 minutes.  I cannot believe I let this go for so long, and got it fixed so quickly.  Yahoo!

    Repair of dishwasher that would not drain or fill. Tech came out and vacuumed out the tray stating the problem was back flow from the pipe and if it happened again, to call a plumber. Problem reoccurred 36 hours later. Plumber called but found no issue with pipes, so 2nd appointment made. Tech then reported problem with a seal would come back the next morning. Called and confirmed the appointment the next morning. Late that afternoon, after no word from the tech, called back company. No record of my appointment was found. After being placed on hold, I was told that a part had to be ordered and it would be 3 to 5 days. Two service calls, one plumber call, four missed chunks at work and a dishwasher that is still broken. That says it all!
