APATRICK FURNITURE COAt the store the sales peolple were friendly but not annoying. They are very flexible, they'll let you mix-and-match to accomodate whatever you like to their deal. Even the pillows are custom made so you can pick from many prints they have available We made a few visits before deciding what to get and and they treated us respectfully on every visit. They gave us an accurate estimate . They even helped us measure the sofa to make sure it would fit our space. The delivery people were also very professional. AWOOD WORLD FURNITUREWe had furniture built at Wood World Furniture. They're customer service is fantastic and they remember you. The only thing that I would say is that the dresser I have the finish is a little off, so I would give them a slight down on that. The responsiveness is fantastic. They're a little slow on getting work done because he's so busy and he does it all by himself. It's tops on the work except for the finish. It's solid wood and my dresser cost $650 and the bookcase cost about $400. When I walk in the lady knows me every single time and so does the young man that does the finishing and everything. They have a great selection and he does tip-top work. Every now and then he does a little sloppy on the finish, but that was only on the dresser and we finished the bookcase ourselves. The price is a little high, but again it is solid wood furniture.- Ayla R.

CBRACKIN APPLIANCEWe got the refrigerator and Brackin Appliance came the next day. We're upgrading our kitchen and the time before that in October we got a new dishwasher. They have the appliances and they're around the corner and we've always used them for this house. Their price is very good. I use their other store in Dothan because of the manager at the Enterprise store, but we have used there's to get freezers and stuff and we did use them to get the refrigerator. AI ordered an Acrylic turntable cover for my new audiophile turntable - Dr. Feickert Woodpecker with Origin Live illustrious tone arm. I got the "floating cover", which sits on the top of the turntable plinth via 4 seating blocks. This cover is a beautiful work of art, literally could be used in an art museum display. it is very sturdy and extremely well finished. The pricing was very, very reasonable and I have never seen better or more secure packaging. Shipping was received as was promised and in a timely fashion. APERFECT. The team was so fast and helpful. There was no damage to any of our items including the car they moved. Nothing was left behind and we were able to do a FaceTime walk through once they packed up our apartment. This is the second time we've moved with them and we could not recommend them more. CTerrible! Wish I had gone with another company. Here is the issue with Heavenly Heat. If your sauna arrives damaged or and issue arrives -- they have zero technical support. Your repairs will be done by any "joe" that heavenly heat finds to do the repair in your area. They will have no experience with Sauna's and are given no instructions regarding the chemical free aspect of these sauna's. The worst part is the buyer, me, was treated as if I was the problem for wanting my sauna repaired correctly. I would have refused the delivery had I realized I was receiving a damaged sauna and would have to spend hours and days trying to get this resolved. The owner, Bob Morgan, is extremely responsive before he has your money but after, is a different story. When inquiring about the sauna he would respond generally within 10 minutes. After you purchase, and particularly if you have a problem with it, you are treated as if you're a nuisance. My sister bought a competitors sauna around the same time and the service she received from knowledgable representatives was a world of difference from my experience. My other issue was that there were shipping delays and Bob would never communicate them. I would have to pursue him to get information. I think they make a decent sauna but I would not recommend for reasons stated above.

FThis is the first online review I've ever written -- my experience with this company was that bad. Three aspects that deserve attention: 1) I placed an order and tried to cancel six minutes later. Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. So I ended up with a $21 refund on a $60 order, and a lesson learned about where not to buy appliance parts.
