AJNB ServicesI had water damage on ceilings throughout my house from leaks due to Hurricane Micheal. My Wife and I had considered a full kitchen remodel at the time of having the ceilings repaired but every contractor we spoke to wanted to do the kitchen and not the ceilings... except for Jorge... his first point of buisness was to make sure that our ceilings were beautiful, and repaired... he even made suggestions that made sense saved money and ended up being beautiful. We had 6 rooms replaced with flat Sheetrock celiengs, and installed recessed lighting, and other accent lights... while we were living in our home... Nashaly and Omar were respectful and courtesous to our need to get in and out of our house with an infant child, they cleaned every night when they finished, asked about and listened to any issues we had and handled them promptly... this was the best experience that we have ever had contracting someone for home repairs...- Chris S.

I was most impressed at his direct professionalism in accessing all the details involved. He knew just how much stain needed, how many coats needed in some places, when he was available to prep the wood the day before staining and scheduling of the work. AA Cut Above CarpentryPaul and his crew professionally installed the metal roof over a shingled roof on our two car detached garage. They arrived when they said they would and finished inside of one day. All debris was cleaned up and hauled off and a rolling magnet was used across the yard area several times to pick up any nails, screws or other metal scrap. We have been very pleased with the work that this contractor does and would not hesitate to contact him regarding any work we may need done in the future.- Austin H.

AGreat! He has a full schedule with all the projects he has going on. Took a bit longer to come to the house to do the job, but would respond if called or texted him. When the crew came out, they were very friendly and got along great. They were very quick and efficient. Had to get license # for insurance and didnt hesitate to give it unlike other contractors.

FThey told me it was a covered repair and to get the work done and submit invoice and they would reimburse us. We got it done and submitted the invoice. After 3 months of constant follow up they covered part of the parts charge and none of the labor. Then, following up again, they responded with, WE ARE CLOSING THE BUSINESS.

FMy home had been vandalized and Triad was contracted through my insurance agency to make the $32,000.00 in repairs. We live out of state, so we had to trust they would do the work properly. The work they did was fantastic, so I’m told by my shady property manager. However, while the Triad crew was working on my home, a neighborhood child threw a ball and broke the highest window in my in the house. The Triad crew let him go and did not tell me about the window. I didn’t find out about it until my HOA demanded it be fixed and my property manager asked Triad if they knew how it had been broken. I still can’t wrap my head around grown adults who are supposed to be professionals, watching my window being broken and not notifying me at the least but not even getting the name of the boy or his address. It makes me even wonder if there was a boy and if the crew members broke it themselves. For this lack of professionalism, they wouldn’t even get 1 Star if it was an option.
