    Holly took care of all the details. I usually plan everything myself. I didn’t have to worry. We set up Club Monday when the reservation was made with the resort. , Couples Swept Away. I called to verify my reservation ( 2 days before) like my paperwork instructed me and they didn’t have our reservation! Well, I immediately called Holly and she made sure it was all set up correctly. Usually I would have called and fusses everyone out and stressed myself out until it was done. Holly told me to not worry and I did! When we landed in Montego Bay the attendant was there waiting on us. Thanks so much Holly!!

    Madison County Shuttle
    The Madison County Shuttle service is EXCELLENT! I opted to purchase round-trip shuttle service for my daughter instead of (option 1) driving her to the airport or  (option 2) paying for parking and gas if she drove to the airport. Under option 1, the Madison County Shuttle saved me roughly 10 hours of personal drive time, wear and tear on my vehicle, and gas money. Under option 2, it saved my daughter 5 hours of drive time, wear and tear on her vehicle, and gas money. The service was on time, professional, and the vehicle was a nice, well-maintained Mercedes passenger van. There were reasonable pickup times that coincided well with departure and arrival times throughout the day. My daughter was pleased with the ride, the professionalism of the driver, and the fact that she didn't have to deal with long-term parking at the Nashville airport. She was able to relax on the drive instead of dealing with traffic. I was able to relax because I didn't have to spend most of a day driving round trip between Huntsville and Nashville--twice in less than a week. While the flight schedule did not leave room for taking advantage of the option to be picked up/dropped off at a work location, it's nice to know that it's available. The main pickup location is Madison Square Mall, in front of Buffalo Wild Wings/Main Mall Entrance, so it's easy to get to from nearly anywhere in Huntsville or Madison. There is also a main pickup location in Ardmore, for those who live in that direction. Note: The round-trip cost at the time we used this service was $78 ($39 each way). The single destination cost was $44. That stated, the drivers do accept tips. They are good, professional drivers, so I considered it important to tip both ways. That cost is not reflected in the approximate cost of service I listed. I did call the company to make sure tipping was acceptable before doing it. I highly recommend the Madison County Shuttle. My family will use this service again.

    . Roger took care of everything down to the last detail. The hotels were just perfect! The tips and advice that Elite travel provided as far as , what to see, where to go were invaluable. We're planning another European trip next year and will defiantly use Elite Travel again. They took the worry out of planning so that we could focus on just enjoying ourselves. Thank you Roger!

    They are a 3rd party company in trip planning, they bought the trip from some place called Pleasant Vacations(cant exactly remember name) so when we would ask specific questions they couldn't answer because they didn't know, they sold us a package and when we were on the trip we were told we could have got better deals but since we went with the 3rd party provider company we couldn't. When we went to sign up for the trip they couldn't give us a specific cost or individual items, it was a package so when we went to cancel some parts of the package they deducted a very low amount then gave us a price, they made this very confusing for us. We had concerns when we made reservation on if we should do first class or tourist so he mentioned something about "Comfort Class" and he would sign us up for that. When we called the airlines directly about "Comfort Class" they stated their was no such thing at that airline at that time for that trip. I had written them a letter letting them know we would fly business class, they made us feel very confused and scared to work with them because they offered a service that didn't exist at that airline at that time. When it came time to confirm they, (Roger) scheduled us to leave a day earlier then we stated, when we asked why would you do that, he said "I thought you'd enjoy it more" even though he was able to change it back it was not his decision to change our leave date. We had to change airplanes which is expected but one exchange we only had 10 minutes to catch our next plane, we were worried we weren't going to make it. We asked the guest at the airlines if we would make it on time they said we think you can but who would've scheduled it so close, someone silly. I sent a text to Elite Travel explaining to them we were scared we were going to miss our flight and asked what we should do, they did not respond. After that we felt angry because if we missed our flight we had no one to reach out to. Luckily, we made it just as they were closing the door. It was not a good experience. We should have had the trip of a lifetime and we felt we didn't.

    Highland Rim Retreats
    Within hours of my arrival, I was stung by a wasp. There were several wasp nests on the railing of the back porch. The tv in the family room never worked properly and it was discovered that the correct remote was missing. It was over 100 degrees outside and the air conditioning did not work properly. The horseback riding was offered for an additional fee. We attempted to contact the person responsible for the horseback riding, but our call was never returned.  The whole experience was so bad that my husband and children left a day early. Prior to our arrival, I informed the rental property management that I intended to have a family gathering at the rental home on July 4. I received a harassing e-mail and was told that additional cleaning fees might be incurred. I signed a contract prior to arrival stating that there would be an additional charge for pets. Therefore I made arrangements to have my dog boarded. We left the home clean, without even a dirty dish. Today I was informed that my debit card had been charged 145.76 because pet feces &  bits of dog food were discovered, along with an open window. The window was open because the air conditioning was not working. Prior to our departure, we were looking for our son's WII remote and noticed that under the beds were filthy. The contractor was out to the rental unit several times due to our problems. If we had a dog in unit, he certainly would have seen it. Our dog, the one we boarded, barks anytime someone comes in or when the door bell rings. Obviously the rental unit is not properly maintained. The so-called feces, and dog food must have been left from a previous tenant.  I did not ask for any partial refund due to all the problems and I cannot believe that these people have the audacity to charge me for something I did not even do! I have rented vacation units at the beach and never had a problem. This was way overpriced and not worth the money! I rented a cottage near there through a state park at a fraction of the cost and had a much better experience - great service with everything working!!

    I stayed at the Sun Bay Resort in early January 2015. The experience of both the living quarters and the way my girlfriend and I were treated was nothing more than disgusting.  We took part of a vacation ?package? provided we listened to a 90 presentation on their time share resort. Of note, I did not request this package, I received a phone call and after telling them ?No? several times, they sweetened the package so I accepted.  We stayed at the Sun Bay hotel which was part of the resort.  There were several problems at check-in.  The room we received had only 1 of 5 light bulbs working and the room stunk of urine. I complained and received another room.  The remote was broken and the tech had to bring a new one. We got to bed about 11pm. The next day we did our required presentation of the time share.  We were met by ?Faye? who did everything she could do to coerce us in to falling for their time share rip-off.  As it became clear that we would not comply, she got very rude and began insulting me.  I definitely did not expect such a rude disgusting treatment. Although I remained cordial, in hindsight I should have called for her manager and chewed her out so others could have heard.   Of note, their time share deal is a SCAM. It will cost you nearly $30,000 for a package that is also for bid on Ebay at 99 cents!  And I noted even at a dollar there were NO BIDS!  Yes, the package deal can be bought every day on Ebay for only a dollar!  There are many suckers trying to unload their timeshares for FREE in order to get rid of the expensive taxes and continuous fees that you get, even beyond the $30K.
