    We are getting the house repaired because of the remarkable job and some of the things they they showed us on the house. The young lady especially, from the beginning to the end, did a superb job and I thank God for her. She saved us $350000 so I definitely thank this young lady. We've lived in nine houses and had about twenty appraisals, and this is by far the most professional appraisal we've had. She is the most knowledgeable appraiser in her field that I've ever had the privilege to have work for me.

    Our first listing was with assistance of Daniel Davenport in 2011.  He took on a listing that we had listed with a previous agent from another company.  We had the home listed with the other agent for several months, the home we had for sell went under contract with this other agent but the buyers backed out 2 days prior to closing.  The agent then recommended us sell the home well below its value.  We then looked to the Davenport Agents to list our home.  They were timely and professional and had our home re-listed quickly.  We had an offer well above what we would have gotten with the other company and they had our home under contract and sold in just a few short weeks. Our next home through the Davenport Agents, was ahome we were purchasing in 2012 and we worked with Chastity Davenport with this listing.  She was able to help us come to a fair and realistic purchase price for this home.  We felt informed about the area and the value of the homes including recent home sales.  She knew this was a home we were very interested in so she came to the initial appointment with a list of comparables.  We were able to purchase them home well below what the owners were initially asking for. Our next experience with the Davenport Agents was in 2013 and we worked with Tanya Mitchell for this listing.  This was a home we were selling and we were trying out the Davenport Agents Flat Fee option.  Tanya worked quickly to have pictures made and the listing posted to MLS.  Our home was under contract after being listed for just a couple months. homWe have had a great experience with the Davenport Agents on several occasions.  They have acted professionally each time and each experience has resulted in a quick sell/purchase.  They are very knowledgeable about Huntsville and the surrounding areas and work hard to make their clients happy.

    I liked the fact that when he came around the second time the one thing that he asked me was for their improvement, what he could do. When he came the first time, he taught me so many things that I could do to improve the home. And when he was doing the appraisal, he explained what makes the value of the home more and what makes it less. He also explained how he does the calculations and all. Christopher is very easy to talk to. I am going to call him again in two months to appraise another property.

    I have confronted him with his lies and deceit however he claims no wrong and has not tried to resolve the issue or offer payment to me of any kind for stealing my clients from me! He needs to change his name from In Heaven to "I may be the devil in disguise custom homes!" so the public is aware!

    M&M Construction have a lot of information on our house. When they sent the first appraisal they spent 20-30 minutes. Then my husband spends time with them correcting their mistakes on where the house was located. I would not use them again in the future.

    BO PARADISE APPRAISAL SVC
    It went HORRIBLE!  The house appraised for approximately what I expected.  It wasn't that I was trying to get more than it was worth.  When the appraiser came he stuck his head in each room and snapped a picture.  That was IT!  He said he had been here before so he didn't need more.  When the appraisal came it was WRONG!  He stated that we didn't have gutters (we do), he stated that we have linoleum in the kitchen and bathroom (we have tile) and he stated that we have a shingle roof (we have metal)!  All of these things would add value.  I called Mr. Paradise and asked him to please correct these things and give me a more accurate appraisal.  HE REFUSED!    He said if he went back and made changes it would make the mortgage company "red flag" him.  Seriously, it was his mistakes!  If he had done his job instead of making $350 to print out an old report we would have had an issue.  I will NEVER use or recommend him again!
