    PhysioWorks, Sports and Wellness, Inc.
If you are looking for a physical therapist that is patient, knowledgeable, and will get you back to where you want to be, there is no better place in town than Physioworks. I have recommended every injured friend in Huntsville to him and will continue to do so. His practice model has made a few friends hesitant because he is “out-of-network,” but I will add to the many people who have already said that by doing my exercises at home and being seen less often, I have saved hundreds of dollars in health care costs as compared to a traditional, in-network physical therapist.

Since I have been going there, I would say I'm about 95% healed. I think that's great progress since I have been dealing with this a long time. I find Andrew to be very thorough and knowledgeable. The exercises he recommended have helped me tremendously. I also like that he doesn't expect you to come for visits 2-3 times a week.

    Pruitt, Scott
I have been using Scott Pruitt, the owner, since November of 2005. I was paralyzed from the chest down, he and his wife are both therapists, and got me to walk again. Today, I am very thankful that I can still go water skiing and snow skiing. I am able to do anything now. I was in a chair for several years, but I am not now.

    Nesin Physical Therapy
Cindy Martin continued her great treatment for this problem - lost the peroneal nerve after lumbar surgery. Cindy outlined what could be done and the contingencies and then treated accordingly. Probability of the nerve regenerating is slim, so Cindy was working on Plan B's that could give me a better quality of life. I like her professional approach and her willingness to research for lessor known treatments and solutions.

    Madison Physical Therapy Service Inc
The majority of physical therapy providers have one therapist working with 3 or more people. Madison Physical Therapy provides one on one care. Dale Russell provided excellent care and also gave me lots of helpful information for which I was very appreciative. My physician was excellent, but his office/nurse rushed me through and did not give me much information. I have more appointments scheduled. They worked with my schedule very nicely. I have heard horror stories about how much pain accompanies a physical therapy appointment, but that was not true for me. I can see improvement in my flexibility and pain level after one appointment. Should I or my family require physical therapy in the future, I definitely plan to use Madison Physical Therapy!

    Nesin Physical Therapy
This is my third round of treatments at Nesin therapy. I have been seen in the past for knee problems and hip problems, and for problems with the medial elbow last fall. I had a reoccurance of the elbow problems and I am taking treatment again. All of the staff is very friendly and caring. The therapists are knowledgeable and give excellent treatment and appropriate exercises for the problem. I have been very pleased with my treatment and the progress I am making. I feel you can trust the staff at Nesin therapy to help you get better.

    Huntsville Pool & Land Therapy
I came in for an evaluation, and was given a thorough examination, and scheduled for therapy sessions at times convenient for me. Huntsville Pool Therapy is the only water based therapy in this area that I have found. The water gave support that enables one to do repetitive exercises that are not possible on land, and build your strength until you are able to do them without the support of the water. I was initially told by the surgeon that I would never walk unaided. Huntsville Pool Therapy and I thankfully proved him wrong. Physical therapy is almost never comfortable, but HPT therapists were genuinely concerned about my comfort as well as my recovery. It wasn't fun, but it was very effective and tolerable with constant encouragement. I not only would recommend them to others, but have to many recovering injured persons.

Dr. Tindell was friendly and didn't make me feel rushed.  He ordered PT 3x week for 4 weeks, which is in the same building, they worked around my crazy work schedule and Mallory was awesome, as were all others who work there. My only complaint was the wait time for my follow up visit to see Dr. Tindell at the Madison office, an hour.

    Nesin Therapy Services
Within 3 days of shoulder surgery, I was scheduled for Physical Therapy with Nesin Therapy Services and then saw them for 3 months. Multiple therapists were assigned to my case, which made it easier to schedule appointments and gave me varied approaches to the same problem. During my recovery, I learned about the mechanics of shoulders, and what to do / not do to keep my shoulders healthy in addition to specific strengthening exercises. Nesin is one-on-one and "hands on" when it comes to treatment. My treatment was optimized for my needs; it wasn't just a list of exercises given to all shoulder-surgery patients. The office staff at the Madison location have worked together for years so everyone knows how this well-oiled machine works. The comraderie seems to provide a supportive environment for staff and patients alike. The overall atmosphere is casual, but the Physical Therapists are serious about their work. The casual nature of office interactions occasionally resulted in some minor miscommunications during the months I was receiving treatment. Other than that, I'm glad to know what PT group I would use if my OTHER shoulder goes out.

    Results Physiotherapy
I personally saw Chad and he was wonderful. Very thorough in his explanation of what was wrong and what he was doing to correct the problem. The office staff was wonderful as well. It was a great experience.
