    It went perfect overall. The nurses are kind and very professional. They answer all your questions and answer phone message promptly and Dr. Dunagan is highly professional and kind. Overall the experience was perfect and I still look wonderful.:-)

    Even though I was a Groupon user, I was treated like any other customer. They were super friendly and very timely. Even though I was stuck in traffic last time and showed up 15 minutes late, they went out of their way to accommodate me. The office staff is great and my favorite person so far is Dr. DeGraaff.

    Preliminary visit to the office with Surgeon. I was able to view photos of before and after surgery. Dr. Durst allowed adequate time for questions and answers. I was also able to speak to office staff who had the same procedure. I spoke with billing and clear billing instructions/payments were given to me. The surgery was performed in an in office suite. The pre op nurses were great. My anesthesia provider did an excellent job. I had a Private nurse with me at all times throughout the evening and night. Dr. Durst's post op visit was right on time. I was discharged with thorough instructions. Any time I needed to have questions answered of reassurance given, the office staff was always available as was Dr. Durst.

    I had absolutely no gripe with Dr. Gray. He is a good surgeon, and he did a good job for me. He is nice and polite but the people on his office staff are idiots. They didn't bill us. We have a medical savings account and we can take that cost off of our taxes. I kept calling them and asking them about paying it, and they kept saying that I didn't owe it. I did owe it and I wanted to pay it. It is very odd but, if I didn't owe a doctor, I wouldn't try to give him money. It is just stupid. I called them back and I just insisted and kept talking until they gave me somebody. They did look in their records and they did say I owed it. So, I went over there and paid it but the staff still acted clueless about it. They just took the money because I think they were told to take it by the accounts guys. I just wanted to use up that money in the account and I had to keep saying about it. It was just a regular doctor's office but I know that he has moved now because he is in a different location. I don't know but maybe he has cleared up his problems. He was right on, and once I got into the doctor's office, I knew everything was fine. I would consider using his services again, depending on what it was.

    My first appointment was made within a week of my call. Dr. Knowling was very prompt and professional. I had always heard that breast reductions took a lot of time and documentation for insurance to cover it. I had the insurance approval (BCBS) before I left the office. Dr. Knowling had an opening the following week. My reduction was uneventful. Everything went as planned. My follow up visits were also promt and professional. I love the results and would fully recommend him. They provided me with before and after photos of my breasts which impressed me.

    My procedure was in the morning. After a short wait (a few minutes), I was taken back for the procedure. Dr. Durst and his staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The injections were quick and painless and the nurse even kept the area iced for a few minutes after the procedure to help with any bruising. I was given complete instructions, and Dr. Durst answered a couple of questions I had about after-care. The entire visit took only about an hour, and a good portion of that time was spent waiting for the numbing agent to take effect. This was my second experience with the Juvederm procedure -- the first was with another well-known doctor in town with whom I was, personally, not impressed -- and I am extremely pleased with the results! Dr. Durst is professional, friendly and caring, and I would absolutely recommend him and his staff for any cosmetic treatment.

    They were very professional. They do more things there, like breast augmentation and stuff like that. They are more like a doctor's office compared to another plastic surgeon's office which was more cosmetic with just laser or Botox and stuff like there. The demeanor of the staff and the physician was great. They relay to you what they're doing and it's just very comfortable there. The office is very medical and has the usual doctor's office feel.

    Dr. Hudson is very professional, knowledgeable, and has a lot of experience. He just didn't go in and do something - he explained everything to me in detail. I felt very informed, whereas with other, past dentists, I didn't feel that I had all the information to where I could ask the right questions. That was excellent on his part -- especially when facing surgery. He was very low-key and personable. His staff was very professional as well. I felt like I was being taken care of properly. I had always heard horror stories about implants - but I've never had any pain during the healing process of both implants.
