The service was performed at that address. The employee took the bicycle from my truck bed and immediately identified the problem. I was in the store a short time, 15-20 at most. They were professional and had friendly attitudes. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

He is the the most knowledgeable mechanic in the city; there just is no two ways about it.  They have been doing it probably for 10 years; longer  than a lot of people around here have been alive and he knows every single thing.  I’ve been working around bikes for 20 years literally and I have a huge shop in my own house that I can do nearly everything; so when I have to take something somewhere where it requires a really expensive part or I am afraid that if I do it I will break something that will cost me a lot of money, I literally just go to him; and I know my sh*t. I know more about bicycle repairs than most mechanics in this city and he is the person I trust. I will use them again in the future.

Staff was very courteous, helpful, and obviously knowledgeable. I asked for an estimate (we do not have expensive bicycles) and in each case felt it was reasonable. I was notified by phone the next day each bike was ready and charged the quoted price.

Bicycle was received and my husband began to complete assembly.  A part was missing, resulting in us having to go buy a seat clamp within the first hour.  On the first ride, a screw fell out that held the rear fender in place (one that was pre-assembled by Beachbikes).  By the time I got home, the rear fender was damaged.  We purchased a screw and repaired  it.   I notified BeachBikes by email (it was a Sunday) and no response for several days.  Then still, no action taken by them.   Riding, a screw fell out connecting the rear fender to the body of the bike.  Again, one that was put in during pre-assembly.  We again purchased a specific screw and locktite to repair.  Notified Beachbikes.  No response. Beachbikes offered me, by email, a free bell if I reviewed their product.  I emailed to tell them they probably didn't want my review....that i was having daily problems.  The owner/manager emailed me asking for photos and details which I supplied.  No response. A screw came out that held the front fender in place, and I was stranded.  Called husband from work to get me back home.  Repaired ourselves by purchasing ANOTHER screw. And most recently, on April 20, riding home from my studio the front fender literally slid back toward me, broke on one side and I was again stranded.  I had to tear it off and ride home holding the front fender off to the side.  It is destroyed.   I contacted Beachbikes and notified them that I would be warning other consumers if they didn't respond to me.  No response.
