    Clem Tire Co
My SUV has an uncommon size. When one of the tires went flat and they were already getting to be in need of replacement I bought them at Clem’s in Madison which is where I usually get my oil changed. It was a Saturday and Clem’s told me that it would probably be Monday before they could get the tires They unexpectedly called me back later that day and my SUV was ready. Not only that they applied a discount coupon and filled out my rebate. I was very impressed!

Mike's Tire, Brake & Muffler, Inc.
The man behind the counter was creepy to begin with and racist and sexist by the end of my visit. I would recommend you avoid this place regardless of your opinions, as service took far longer than needed and I had to listen to some guys racist rants the entire time. Poor service, will never return.

had to wait over a month to get on their list, but they showed up when they said and did the work in a friendly and professional manner. Good experience.

They have been excellent when we go in to have anything done. They are professional and honest. We would highly recommend them.

    EURO TECH
Great experience! The whole shop was courteous and their lead mechanic explained everything in great detail. They got me back on the road just as promised and even worked with my extended warranty to get all the paperwork in order. They even explained what my check engine light was in plain terms and didn't even charge me for it. I wouldn't have a problem recommending Euro Tech to anyone. It's great to have an option when it comes to reliable BMW maintenance in Huntsville.

Gary is great to work with and with explain anything in detail to give you the reassurance you need that the job is being done correctly the first time.

    Madison Automotive
Good people to do business with. Rates were standard I think, but they did what they said they would and the car was ready when they said it would be. Price was below the quote and they’re nice people.

Replaced seals, gaskets, and oil pan on the engine. It was a pretty big job. They also replaced the front axle. They are very thorough and knowledgeable on repairing cars. They can handle big jobs, like major car repairs.

    AAA Transmission and Automotive Technology
AAA was efficient and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Due to the nature and complexity of my transmission rebuild, my car may have taken longer, than other automobiles, to complete, but on, February 25, 2011, I was able to pick up my car. They never attempted to sell me on other repairs and never pressured me into buying services or parts I did not need. They did inform and educate me on other issues which I greatly appreciated. I do not believe I have ever been treated so nicely by an automotive repair shop. Their professionalism was TOPS! If you need a transmission replacement/rebuild, I highly recommend AAA! The total job plus towing was 3102.09. Having a warranty, I paid 365. but, normally, because the warranty company only pays so much for labor, I end up paying much more. AAA's fee schedule fit right in with my warranty company's limits leaving me to pay for tax and towing! What a deal! Thumbs up, AAA, for your inexplicable service!

PRO ALIGN BRAKES TIRE & AUTO
They replaced 7 out of 8 of the coils (the 8th had been replaced by a previous shop). This took care of most of the problem. There still was a slight residual miss and a smell of antifreeze. They replaced the 8th coil and the intake manifold gasket. They also had done a major repair on the suspension which, since the parts were under warranty from work done by the previous shop, didn't cost us that much. Overall, it took longer but it is fixed right. We are happy that it is safe to drive on long trips.
