    The quality of the paint job was fine although there is one small chip that may or may not be related to the job performed. My issue is that I was treated very rudely and unprofessionally in two events. In the first incident, Joe (owner) got upset with me in that I was not willing to meet him late on a Thursday night to pay him since he had finished the job. He still had my car and I explained to him when I dropped it off that I was going out of town and would not be able to pick it up until the following Monday. The conversation on the phone got heated to the point of Joe using an explicative to let me know how angry he was. I eventually relented and went out of my way to pay him on the way out of town the following day. The second event occurred when I took the car six months later to his shop for him to look at a chip in a section he had painted. I had talked to his wife on the phone and she let me know he had changed locations and to simply come by when I could. When I arrived, a gentleman in the office area let me know Joe was in the shop area and to go there to see him. Joe was in a truck getting ready to pull it out of the garage, and when I approached he let the window down. I touched the door as I leaned in to speak and he immediately yelled not to touch the truck and yelled that he didn’t have time for me and I should have come by when I had talked to his wife the first time. He then pulled out of the garage without saying another word. I texted Joe when I got home to let him know I did not appreciate the way he had behaved, and that all I wanted was for him to look at the chipped section. I also let him know that I would do what I could to let people know how he had treated me. To this he responded in text: “You can blast me all you want but beware I have friends watching the social media and internet for people running their mouths." He goes on to say that he talked to his attorney and states that "she's gonna take your butt to court and sue you for slandering my name and business".

     We have used Joe's two or three times in the last several years and they are our go-to for car body repairs. We have found them very professional and responsive and are happy with the work they provided.  So far we have only needed minor work, but they have built our trust to go to them with any other body repairs we might need.

    Took my car there for a repair of a cracked bumper cover. While it is too early yet to specifically comment about the quality of the completed repair or the how long-lasting the repair will be, I cannot complement them enough on the courteousness of their staff. I was welcomed warmly and offered coffee while we discussed the repair. They quoted a lower price than the other two shops I went to. During the repair they took the initiative to point out some additional hidden damage that was not originally obvious. They believed the damage was too trivial to warrant charging me additional labor to repair it. Most shops would have jumped at the opportunity to charge me for unnecessary additional work. During the repair process they took the time to bring me into their shop where the car was and show me specific details about what they are doing. During the repair process I had to drop off a additional small plastic splash guard that had come off when my car was damaged. I go to work before the sun rises and had planned on just taping the part to their front door with a note. Nope! I got there at 6:15am and they were already there in the office preparing for a busy day. As always, they warmly welcomed me in to visit. I'll update my review with the repair quality once it is complete. For right now, I'm very happy that I left my baby in their hands to repair. If the quality of the job is as satisfactory as I'm expecting, I will likely return sometime this summer to get my pickup truck repaired (mailbox jumped out in front of me) and repainted. Update: Well I finally got my car back today. They first said it was ready yesterday, but when I inspected it, I found that some trash had gotten into the paint in several spots. They said they would fix it. Today, it looked good. You can't tell that a repair has ever been done. Except for a couple of pin-head sized flaws, it looks like new. I can polish out those remaining spots

    We used Joe Hudson and I think they have got 2 locations, they are a chain. He tried to email the quote yesterday and he send it to my wife's work and she got it today and so we received it today. The staff there, they have always been very professional. We have used them a couple of years ago, I believe it was and they did a good job. They are professional. The office is clean and professional. They do have a waiting room set up and it is small but it seems adequate. They are spacious for a body shop, it is just that they have a queue waiting to talk to the estimators because they have got a computer system that they run through and ask you questions and look at your car, they do it by appointment. They are backed up a little bit because we had snow and ice down here a couple of months ago in February and when that happens here in the south we have a lot of body work that follows shortly after. I think we were able to get the estimate within 10 days anyway. The turnaround, going in and getting an actual estimate was about a day, not bad at all. They are not cheap but they are not the most expensive either. We would use them again in the future. We kind of had a choice with the lady from the insurance who is paying gave us a choice of body shops. We went back to them.

    I was stupid and bought a car without seeing it first.  On line, it looked like a peach--rosy yellow.  A man who had seen the car assured me it did not look like a Taxi. It looks like a Taxi.  I went to Peach Auto to see about doing something, anything, to make it look like NOT a Taxi.  Teague was very flexible and knowledgeable.  We discussed options and I mentioned appliques--which he does not do.  But he recommended a different shop that does.  It was a very enjoyable morning, and I have Teague to thank for that.

    I was in an accident that resulted in my car, while being driveable, was in need of a new back bumper as well as some and quot;spare tire welland quot; repair. I was given the names of 3 auto companies that the insurance company usually dealt with and after a check on Angie's, I decided on Joe Hudson. I am really glad I did. The Joe Hudson representative I dealt with (Nick Cardwell) was awesome in all respects. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and was able to answer all my questions.(and I ask a lot of questions). Nick went over all the details of the work that would be performed and said it would take approximately 3 days to complete. (the fact that the Enterprise Rental Car companay I used being only 50 yards down the road was also helpful) I was pleasantly surprised when I got a call 1 day ealry saying my car was ready. The only caveat to the repair was that they were unable to procur a refurbished bumper....and so they had to install a new one at no upcharge.... The repairs looked great and once again I was treated well and informed of all aspects of the repair. My car had also been washed and vacuumed which was a nice touch. I would not hesitate to recommend this Joe Hudson shop to all of my friends and I plan on using them in the future should the need arise...

    It was very reasonably priced. He got it done pretty close to when it was expected. He had a little trouble getting parts, but anyone would have had that trouble. The insurance company said they had never had any problems with him. The paint job was excellent. He went above and beyond and it was a ten-year-old vehicle and he blended the paint very well; you can't even see it. This is the second vehicle that he has fixed for us.

    Made appointment online, they called first thing the next morning and said the online had booked 2 at the conflicting times and asked if ours was driveable and could be moved to a later date, which was no problem with us. The service was excellent the product was excellent we would recommend them to anyone.

    We first called and got an estimate to paint the car which was really really low. When we got there we found out that it did not include the paint. The prices are clearly marked on the wall in detail, (watch for the asterisks) and after some haggling over what services we wanted performed, we came out with a price that was still lower than the other phone estimates I had received. The car was ready to pick up in a couple days and we couldn't have been more pleased. The car looked great, the taping was well done and there was no overspray. It looks brand new. We are very very happy with how the car looks!
