    They did a fine job - worked me in earlier than estimated originally.  USAA recommended them as a "chosen provider" and I trust USAA, hence the work was awarded to them.  I have a premium paint color and they matched it nicely.  Took about a week.

    I took my car there and I couldn’t be more pleased with the work that they did.  People need to know when a company goes the extra mile.  I called Mike to tell him what a fabulous job that they did with buffing out scratches that had nothing to do with the accident and he told us that they like to do things like that so that the car looks new.  It was just a nice experience to deal with someone like that and I think people should know about it. I never knew what the cost was because the insurance company took care of it.  I had gone through the drive thru at the bank and had a problem with my window going up and down.  Somehow the gravel gave me issues with the window.  I got too close while trying to get my window down and had scratched the fender pretty badly on the drop box.  I had taken my car somewhere else and someone wanted to charge me $400.00 and Mike billed me seperately for it.  He ended up only charging me $200.00 for it.  I got out and checked the car from front to back and it looks perfect.  Mike couldn't have been nicer.

    I chose Scotty Dunn's on the assumption that the "A" rating of Sonny Dunn's in Frankfort, KY actually applied to Scotty Dunn's Auto Body Repair. Although I live in AL by car accident occurred in KY. I was worried about trusting a provider with whom I was not familiar and about whom my social network knew very little. Jason at Scotty Dunn's was very responsive to my queries about my insurance estimate. Scotty Dunn's did a professional and timely job after more than a weeks delay due to the towing service.

    I've used Pop's Shop twice in the last year, both for bumper pain and minor body work. Once for insurance work and once for a cash job. They seem like they are a very busy shop; they told me up-front when they would be able to get to my car and when to expect it back. The gentleman that gave the estimate was very curteous and through. The work was done professionally, completed on-time, and I felt very comfortable leaving my vehicle with them.     Brown's Garage Body Shop Svc
    Brown's garage provided excellent work from the estimate through completion of the job.  I had hung the front bumper up on a curb and pull it partially off of the car.  I decided to also repair damage to the rear bumper.  Brown's provided a free estimate for both repair and replacement of the bumpers.  The person writing the estimate committed to do the replacement for the price of the repair, which was slightly lower.  When scheduling the work, I had asked whether they could provide shuttle service for me, which they said they could.  On dropping my car off, the usual shuttle driver was out.  The owner of the company drove me back to my house.  The work was accomplished on time and for the estimated cost.  The quality of the work was excellent.  They did an excellent job of matching the color of the new panels to the rest of the car.  I was very pleased with the work and will recommend to others.  Should I need auto body work again, I would go back to this business.

    I took my car in have the bumper cover replaced. When I picked it up the steering wheel would not turn. I tried jerking it from side to side and that did not work. I was going to pay someone to help fix it but an employee helped for free by grabbing the gear shift and slamming it real hard into gear...this released the steering! I was so surprised and happy that they helped me. It saved me a lot of time, money and aggravation. This shows they are honest. I like that.

    My experience with them was absolutely fantastic. They did a wonderful job. I had a lady ran into my car, and then I had some damage on the other side that my daughter had done, and they had it all done quickly at once. The pricing seemed right to me; it certainly was within my expectation. I had a few other scrapes and scratches that they fixed, and the car looks brand new. They were very polite and very helpful. I couldn't have been happier. I was so pleased I called them back and told them I was happy with the job that they'd done, and I don't normally do that sort of thing.

    A tree fell on my car. My insurance company told me to take it to Bonner Body Shop to have it repaired. They originally told me it would take 3-4 weeks to get all the parts in and have the car fixed. I left my car on June 30. My car wasn't ready until mid-August. Once they got all the parts in, they realized THEY had shorted out the circuits to my A/C Unit AND navigation system and had to replace those as well, which were not part of the original problem. If you want your car fixed, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

    This was my experience with billy andrews paint and body starting from the estimate. I went to billy andrews paint and body on mid april 2011 for an estimate and date to drop off my car. I was in and out with an estimate in roughly 20 min and had a date to bring in my car, May 16th 2011.Well, May the 16th has arrived and im on my way to drop off my car. I arrived as scheduled, went in to drop off my keys only to be told they didnt have any space to take in my car. I asked the receptionist (Telisa) why there wasnt any room for my car. Her responce was "im sorry, I should have called to tell you we dont have any room for your vehicle. I see your on the schedual for today and im sorry I didnt contact you earlier." Contact me earlier? Its 4pm I said.I highly doubt I was ever going to get the phone call since they close at 5pm. After the whys and whens I recieved another date to drop off my car, June 6th. I asked for the reason I had to wait another 3 weeks to get my car in. Telisas responce was, "due to the april 27th disaster were over-booked. Were not even taking in any more jobs untill september,but since you were on the schedual before the storms we will squeeze you in." I told her no problem since it was my secondary car. Well, its June 6th and I dropped off my car as scheduled.I was told as soon as the insurance check arrived they were ordering the only part my car needed.(rocker panel/side sill panel) The check arrived the following week and supposedly my part was ordered.I followed up every week with them on the status of my car only to be told were still waiting on the part. August 1st I go down to billys in person to ask about my car only to get thr same responce. " were still waiting on your part" I politely ask for my keys so I can take my car somewhere else. No problem Telisa says,let me call billy. Billy told her to give me my keys and take me to my car. He didnt even have the professionalism to come down and talk to me. I will never use billy andrews nor would I recomend his services due to poor communication and to the fact my car sat idle for 9 weeks without any work being done.
