AAlatech Home InspectionMr. Brooks was VERY personable, yet professional. His inspection was VERY thorough. You could tell it was a technical based inspection, relying on current building codes and requirements. While providing us with a verbal review of his findings, Mr. Brooks used everyday, layman's terms. I was pleased with all aspects of the inspection; from the initial telephone conversation, to explaining his rates, promptness of scheduling the inspection and being there at the scheduled date & time to explaining the results verbally and ease of accessing the report on line, Larry Brooks was OUTSTANDING. AChimney Sweeps The LLCMr. Pope was prompt and professional. He obviously is very experienced. We felt that he gave us an accurate and honest opinion of our chimneys' condition. The caps he installed look great and our chimney no longer leaks. It was a challenging install on a 115 year old metal roof. We have no reservations about recommending Cleveland Pope-he even sang to us! We understand that the price was a bit high because he had to drive so far to get to the house.- Celeste L.

ABatts' Chimney ServicesThis was my first time ever to have a chimney cleaned so I had no idea what to expect. They showed up a little later than I was expecting but after I saw what a good thorough job they did I understood why they were running late. These guys were as professional and nice as anybody I have ever delt with. They worked very well together and were very hard workers. After looking over the job from fireplace to roof they told me the same exact price as the estimate I was given on the phone when I made the appointment. They did not try and hard sell me anything extra which I was very suprised and pleased with. They put drop cloths everywhere and scraped and brushed my chimney and insert from top to bottom. They vacuumed up ALL the mess and reinstalled my insert exactly like it was. Absolutely the very best experience I have ever had with a company. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody.- John L.

ACHIMNEY SWEEP COMPANYJohn had previously cleaned chimneys in home for previous owner. He examined 1st chimney and determined it had been used very little since last cleaning. He recommended not cleaning the unit. He cleaned second unit and installed an animal guard per my request. He was very careful to protect the carpet and keep dust and soot out of the living space. They sent one man the first day and he look at the job and asked if I would delay the work until the next day as he felt he would be unable to safely perform the work by himself. AMatthew was originally hired to assist my nephew in preperation for the Parochial High School Admissions exam. Building a relationship with Matthew was the best thing for my nephew. Matthew was very safe going into this situation creating a trusting a environment. Not knowing what he was walking into, Matthew quickly learned that my nephew’s academic inabilities were far more important than preparing for an high school entrance exam. Immediately Matthew begin working on creating a plan of action. He is very patient, yet intentional about holding my nephew accountable. Moreover, he follows up and send reminders for my nephew (I.e. don’t forget to bring your book home from school, remember to work on your math). Although we have a long way to go, it’s safe to say that we are seeing some progress. Thanks Matthew.

BWoodall Heating and Cooling assisted during my house closing by inspecting my unit and replacing a start capacitor. After the work was completed and sale completed, the run capacitor failed. After originally paying for the original inspection and service, they returned promptly to diagnose the issue and provided a temporary window unit to assist cooling the house. As they previously provided a service and inspection, they provided this service free of charge while I worked with my warranty company. This is a sign of a company that understands business and consumer relationships past making a profit off of every interaction. Instead they invested in the relationship with a person which will trickle through the community and assist their business in the long term.
