AChoice Home WarrantyThe replacement of the unit went great. Walker heating and air technicians showed up early with a new unit they picked up ready to work. They did a professional job on the unit installation and a great job of cleaning up. The installation took about 7 hours and they then explained how it worked, the warranty, and what maintenance would be needed. They answered all the questions I had and provided contact info should I have any problems. The ac works great and the family is glad. I would recommend Walker heating and air to everyone.- Bruce C.

FThis guy is not a professional, just someone with a little experience trying to make extra money on the side. He was here at my home for hours which made me wonder if he knew what he was doing. I've watched videos on this service and it looked pretty simple for a professional. Of course he tried to hike up the price at the beginning by quoting me almost 3k and then decided to settle for $1,900. He made some changes on the inside of the unit that didn't look like the original look which made me worry. Now after 2 weeks, I'm having another problem with it. I tried calling him and he is avoiding me. I tried to help him and had to give him supplies he should have had. I would not recommend this company at all. I know he made a mistake somewhere and a real professional will find it. Im sure I will pay extra for his mistake. It was my mistake trusting in someone that was unqualified.

AThey called to say Andrew was on his way. He arrived soon after that. He immediately got to work and told me what the problem was and explained what would be done. He let me know about my HVAC overall health and explained the upcoming 2020 EPA changes to freon used by my unit. I will not hesitate to call on Ethridge again. I'm very happy with their work.

FI never received any help. The person answering the phone said because had a ridiculous demand that never had been required and was not required by the alternative that ended up getting the job done. Very frustrating and time intensive dealing with Angie’s list. This provider was to get it done because of no shows and no call backs and wasted on site visits where the job could not be completed. I contacted someone else to do the job and who came out same day and did the work.
