Andy will always give you an estimate first and very fair plus, he responds to anything you need quickly. I live on a hill with tall windows in the front and this is never an issue. Richard said this type of service was personal to him because he used to work at a major "post-accident" company, and he was part of a cleanup for a house fire due to a clogged dryer exhaust vent. He and his son knew their stuff, explained what was going on and what they saw, and said they would come out and run the telescopic snake with a camera for free to see if the vent needed cleaning again. I was REALLY pleased with the service and speed and professionalism, and will have them perform annual service.- JOHN G.
