    They are gifted florists. Their arrangements are just beautiful. They are also professional with their customers over the phone. They are friendly and wonderful to work with. Prices are reasonable as well. When I contact them to send flowers, I know they will exceed my expectations.

    I needed to order flowers for a funeral and my local florist said they would have to call a florist in the other city to fill the order. They suggested if I knew of a florist in the other town to call them directly. I looked on line and I could not find anything I liked in my price range so I looked for a teleflora. I used a link on the site that took me to The website said a local florist would fill the order and it could be delivered that day. I searched the site and found flowers that I like and in my price range. There were many to choose from. I was concerned that the flowers would not get there in time and how they would look but I took a chance.  The next day when I went to the funeral I was pleasantly surprised to find the flowers were not only better than I expected but better than the picture the website showed. The flowers were delivered on time, they were beautiful and the order was filled by a local florist. Someone else told me that the florist that filled my order was one of the best in town.  I was very pleased and I would use the service again.

    My mom said they were the prettiest flowers she had ever seen. I really felt like I got my money's worth because the arrangement was large and in a beautiful vase, which surprised me because florists are very busy for Mom's day and often flowers are lesser quality than these were. I will get all my flowers from them from now on.

    They did a very good job, it was a beautiful arrangement. It included roses and other flowers.  It was very impressive.  I called him the day of the viewing and they had it ready by that evening for the showing.

    They are local and very small. We have used them for about twenty years. They deliver things where we need it to go with just a phone call. It's always excellent. We know them very well as it is in a small town. They have anything you need for different occasions or events including prom arrangements. They always do very nice work.

    They gave us special flowers for the cemetery.  It was supposed to be in a special kind of stone thing because they have their own flower arrangements.  It was really pretty.  It was not a typical coin set up.  My grand mother was very price oriented.  She picked it up so that it would last a day longer. It was reasonably priced. They have always had really good service. Sometimes they can run really pricey but the quality is really good. I never had a problem with their punctuality.

    I never received my flowers!!! When I called Kaleidoscope Florist to ask why I had not received my flowers, I was treated so horribly by the owner! I have never had a business owner speak to me that way. He was rude and arrogant, and spoke with a condescending tone the entire time, as if my business and my feelings were not important to him at all. He said that he received the order from Teleflora, but he "refused" the order because he has a "$50.00 minimum", and the order was $49.95. So basically, he refused the order over 5 CENTS! (My son was never notified by Teleflora prior to Mother's Day, that this had occurred) The owner would not let me complete a sentence, kept interrupting me, HE CALLED ME A B****, told me that my son was CHEAP, and that this was my son's fault for using Teleflora! Even though Teleflora never notified my son that Kaleidoscope had refused the order, it was the OWNER OF KALEIDOSCOPE who spoke to me in such an UNPROFESSIONAL, HOSTILE, and HATEFUL manner! This whole incident was terribly unfortunate, as my son was simply trying to send his mother flowers and I never received them. My son was disappointed and so was I. The owner of Kaleidoscope caters to the very wealthy in our community, and treats the middle class customers like we are beneath him and our business is not worth his time. Unless you are spending massive amounts of money in his shop, do not expect to be treated with respect and dignity. This man not only insulted me by calling me a B****, but he called my son CHEAP. I do not want any other mothers to go through an experience like this, especially on MOTHERS DAY! Avoid Kaleidoscope Florist and Designs! Try DEANS FLORIST instead. The owner of DEANS FLORIST heard about this incident and offered to send me a flower arrangement for FREE. There are plenty of other florists in the Florence/Shoals area. Give them your business instead.

    Purchased every Daniel A. Moore print over a 3 year period. Had plans of purchasing several more from the 2009 "Perfect Season" until I was told I could not have the print that I had already paid over $700 for until I paid for the next one in series. Two years later and I still do not have my pring. The owner was very rude after I had been so loyal to him for years. Will NEVER go back unless it is to get my print. Also will let everyone know about my experience.

    This company is so misconceiving, They advertised a potted plant (mini Roses) in a Gloss pot that said "Be Mine" in a small heart shape on the front of the red pot advertised at 29.99. I place the order and then it asked me to select a day to send them. I choose Valentines day and they wanted me to pay another 9.99 for delivery. I then bought a Valentine day card to go with it at 1.99. Sub total 41.97 I am thinking with tax 45.32. But NOOOOO. After I click the purchase button and it sent me a confirmation number the Grand total was  64.97 they charged me two delivery charges at 9.99 each (19.98) and the little red pot that was suppose to be included with the purchase was 9.99. I paid 19.98 more then what I should have. I would not have paid this if I would have known what the charges were prior to clicking to pay. They are deceptive and this should be against the law. I will be reporting them to AOL and to our local news paper. Plus I will call my Bank in the morning and get the charges reversed.
