    Their employees strike me as having no interest in making the customer happy; they are slow, mope around
    checking their watches and smartphones regularly, dress sloppy, etc... The store has a dark dingy look
    compared to most retail stores... there are other choices that are more satisfying.

    My husband's employer is a national company.  Because United Healthcare will negotiate one plan for all the employees in the country, it is preferred by his employer.  Before going to my husband's insurance I was covered by a local provider.  My expenses almost doubled when switching plans.  This was because the plan we have, which is a PPO, and the most expensive option, requires copays for all visits.  In general the copays are more than the 20% I had to pay with my previous provider.  I have also had difficulty finding in-network providers for chiropractic and mental health services.  There simply are not as many.  In the past several years I stopped using some specialists (like an allergist for allergy shots), and my medical expenses decreased significantly.  However, I am no longer receiving the same level of care. 
    United Healthcare has a nurse line that its members can call 24 hours a day, which I have used at times.  They also have an online service to manage your claims/benefits, etc...

    Almost a full year of Medicare Advantage coverage. The coverage is excellent for both hospital and in office physician components. Their member medical support coverage by CRNPs and nurses for members is EXCELLENT. Never had a billing problem. Simple company to work with

    He is very good, and he takes his time with you. You usually get in pretty quickly especially if you go early in the morning or around 1 pm. He is very up front with you and if you need a referral he knows a lot of referrals that he can send you to. When my husband was in the hospital from a heart attack he stopped by to check on him.

    They've been fine and I have had no problems. The people and the substitutes have been lovely. There are no billing problems. Sam's environment is acceptable; it's nothing fancy. They earn their A and I am grateful.

    Every time I go to this facility, I am impressed. When I hurt my foot, they gave me a copy of the x-rays to take to my regular doctor. This visit was no different. I did have strep and was given the appropriate prescription. The staff is always great.

    We like them.  CVS is very good because no matter where we go, they’ve got us on their computers.  If we are on a vacation or whatever, it’s convenient for us.  We would continue to use them in the future.

    This was the most efficient experience I have had with an ER. This hospital was probably the furthest from where I lived, but I had heard this ER was the best in town. They were VERY efficient and friendly. Doctor and nurse where very understanding, thorough and pleasant. I did not have to wait in the waiting room. The admission process was extremely efficient. I was taken immediately to a room and was promptly seen by a nurse. The doctor followed close behind. My only complaint was that it took them quite a while to get me to x-ray which was just in the next room. The few times I've been in an emergency room, I've been required to wait for hours in the waiting room only to be put in a room for another hour before the doctor could see me. This was the first time I was in and out in <3 hours.

    Almost 5 hour wait to get simple job done. Staff very rude, especially when I asked them what the delay was. (They hd no codes or major trauma in this period.) Started taking people who came after me after I complained. Did things in pieces. Did EKG (why), nurse came in, doctor came in, did blood work (why) then X rayed foot,(why) then doctor finally came in and sutured. Long pauses between each disconnected step, Why didn't doctor just drop in and sew me up? I have 20,000+ hours as an ER physician. I have never treated a patient this badly Almost forgot. 2 days later sutures started falling out. Did not have enough knots.
