The doctor and the entire staff all are very polite and kind... they answered all of my questions and were extremely professional. I intend to go back to get a chemical peel and a couple of other things done looking forward to it. highly recommend!

    Martin, Dr. Elizabeth S
. Dr. Martin has given me good service When I got to see her. Several years ago, I had to wait so long for an appointment that a MRSA condition got quite serious. The appointment clerk did not recognize the need for some urgency.
Last week I left the office after a wait of 65 minutes beyond my appointment time. The last 30 minutes were in the exam room. Nobody bothered to come in to offer me an alternative appointment time or even to tell me how much longer the wait might be. When I dressed and told the desk staff I had to leace, they were unhelpful to the point of rudeness, taking no responsibility for any deficiency on their part. I understand emergencies. I used to work for an eye doctor who had to treat injuries from a steel plant. But I expect the staff to keep the patients aware of potential delays and to offer re-scheduling. Dr. Martin's staff did that -- but the next appointment would be next year.
The office does a lot of cosmetic procedures. I know that's lucrative, but perhaps there could be a faster track for disease management. Looking for a new doctor.

    Martin, Dr. Elizabeth S
This is a very efficient, friendly, and effective medical practice. I was impressed with their knowledge, their bedside manner, their communication, and their follow up. It is conveniently located with plenty of parking, and has good office hours. Most important of all, I received expert treatment, and I now call this practice my go-to dermatology place.

    Bentley, Dr. Danette D.
Dr. Bentley removed a cancerous lesion and I asked if they could remove the sutures from a different provider. They agreed and I was seen in their office where they removed the sutures and noted that it was infected and provided a prescription for treatment. This is a wonderful dermatologist and I am so glad I switched to their practice. Highly recommended!

The doctor was Dr. Cash, a woman. I never saw the spot, so I don't even know how they spotted it. But, she saw it and had to go five levels with the MHRA. She's not heavily booked. She even looked at some of my stuff and I didn't even have an appointment.

    Shelby Dermatology, P.C.
The appointment was wonderful. I signed in at the desk, sat down, within 10 minutes was called to sit in the exam room. Within another 10 minutes Dr. Henderson came in and listened to me describe my symptoms of my skin condition psoriasis. He offered up advice of what we thought we could do to treat it. Very efficient and I left his office impressed.

    Cook, Dr. W Alan
He is professional, knowledgeable and accepts Major Medical insurance. His appointments are pretty much on time and I have had a long relationship with him. I have been going to see him since the 1990's and will continue to use him again in the future.

    Martin, Dr. Elizabeth S
Dr. Martin is wonderful, has a great staff and a very pleasant office. She has really helped clear my son's acne problem up. But...it is very hard to get an appointment. Usually she is booked months in advance, and it takes several months to get a new patient appointment. And, unless you get one of the very earliest appointments of the day, she is usually very backed up. In fact, the last time we were there, we waited for over 45 minutes past our appointment time before being called back, and the time before that, it was an hour and fifteen minutes past our appointment time. Like I said, Dr. Martin is very good, but if we weren't established patients, with the convenience of her office being just around the corner from our house and near my son's school, I would consider finding another dermatologist.

    Gerald, Dr. Ann K.
The office is in a convenient location - right off I-65. I had very little wait time in reception but a bit of a wait time once I got to the exam room. Not too bad - maybe 20 minutes. Dr. Gerald's nurses were very friendly. Dr. Gerald was very knowledgeable and gave me the option of several treatment routes and suggested products that were available in drug and grocery stores - not just the products for sale at her office. Overall and good experience. Dr. Gerald's bedside manner is good.
