Supports placed by a Mountain Brook contractor in 1983 were with a metal plate on top. After 36 years, these supports are still functioning well. For this person to make this complaint but never call if he did not get the email is extremely inappropriate. Sometimes we will have a slight mistake in email wording. Perhaps that was the case.
