Plumber was told that client worked third shift and that early morning would be best. He made an appointment for Saturday morning and didn't show up until 11:30. He left dirty wet paper towels on my counters. He left a gross amount of mud and trash in my bathroom. After the plumber was gone I found the drain on my kitchen sink leaking.
