    I needed to have a Honda Accord shipped from Alabama to Oregon. Executive Auto Shippers quoted me a fair price. They found me a carrier within two days. The car shipped the next week and got to Oregon in one week. I was very pleased with the whole process. Everything was done in a very professional manner. I highly recommend this company.

    Safelite AutoGlass
    Safelite came out and said that the best thing to do is to inject a substance to stabilize the crack and not allow it to spread. After the work was done, the crack was still visible, unlike the commercials. I ended up going,to the facility where I had them just replace the windshield. The job was done so poorly that the first time it rained we had water leak through and it began leaking out of some of the electronics case mounted on the windshield.

    They were professional, they would show you the dip stick when they changed the oil to show that the car has adequate amount of oil. They clean they windshield, they check the tires. I think that they do everything that they advertise.

    They really try to work with the problem and get you to come in.  They had real low price on oil change service last month, for $19.99 compared to their usual price of $35.99.  The alignment was $79.99.  They give you the best deals that they can afford to give you.  When I went down there, I had to have all this work done, they knew my situation and they undercharged me.  They gave me some discounts with the coupons that I had in the bills.  I had to wait there that day because there was something difficult going on there and they explained to me what was going on.  They try to do the work as quick and fast they can and do the best they can.

    Engine replacement have not encountered any issues thus far. Air conditioner had to have performed three times. Only after the second replacement did they tell me that they released the car back to me knowing it did not reach cool enough temperatures and that they were using "cheaper" parts than the original ac. After I had gone through all the trouble to do extensive research on auto ac stuff, bought a thermometer to see for myself and have hard data for them that I was not expecting more than I should. Not to mention the miles of traveling back and forth, the frustration of having spent A LOT of money for the overall replacements, the stress of having to coordinate drop offs, pick ups, and transportation while my car had to be returned over and over and over, and the general discomfort of having warm air blowing in the South in the Summer (yes, May us considered Summer) and having nor relief from the humidity and heat. I was very surprised, and dismayed, by the service provided, especially since they had such a high rating here.

    I found Sherrill on Angie's list after being disappointed with previous repairs to my vehicles over the past 10 years. When I mentioned the name to my wife, she told me that her family had used Sherrill all her life, which gave me some confidence that I would be happy with their work.
    Their estimate was $25 below another estimate I had already got from a paint and body shop nearer my home, so I was comfortable with the price. They told me it would take two days, and I received the call to say it was ready before lunch on the second day. The quality of the work was excellent. They even touched up a few paint chips on the hood and detailed the car inside and out at no extra charge.
    All the staff were friendly and professional. While hoping not to need any more repairs, I will definitely go back to Sherrill if I do.

    I initially had a very difficult time getting someone to schedule an appointment for me. I called several times, left a message, etc. It was infuriating. However, once I got an appointment, things started going very well. I think that the appointment issue was not an indication of their typical business practices. They may have had a rare communication problem.

    The service was great. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The quality of the work was great. The price seemed to be fair. They followed up with me a day or two later to make sure the maintenance was what I expected.

    I would definitely recommend using this service facility for a Volkswagen. I will be returning soon to finish up some of the items that I didn't get to this time.
