    Mr. Appliance Over the Mountain
When he started to work on the lights, he thought the fuse was blown. Turned out the whole computer board was blown.
All lights in the lights and ice maker went out.
He was checking the a replacement part out on his computer, he found out it had been discontinued, he crossed referenced
the part and found one, the price of the part was really steep, he said for the price of the part and the age of the refrigerator
it would be best to replace it.    And we totally agreed, we just thought we could "put a band aid on it"and getting a couple
more years out of it.  Glad we didn't, I !get a new refrigerator!!! Yea.

Rick Netherland was the best!  Will definitely use use "Mr Appliance"  (My appliance over the mountain) again!
      Thank You!!!!

Thorough and professional. The gentleman took his time looking into each appliance and while he found they were beyond repair, this is the place I will call again for future appliance issues. I do not feel that his diagnosis was because he didn't want to do the work. He was courteous, professional, knowledgable and actually early. My Mother & neighbor were impressed with him as well.

    ASAP Appliance Service
When I first made the call I said I needed 20 minutes notice before they come out so I could leave work and be there to meet them. Greg called me 30 minutes before and arrived on time. He immediately troubleshot the problem and show me the broken part. He was familiar with the problem with Whirlpool Refrigerator ice makers so he brought the replacement parts with him and replaced them on the spot. He was very polite and offered to come back without charging for a service call, if I have any further problems. He also offered a 1 years warranty on the part.

I had an aging Kenmore washer with a broken timer.  After checking several things the tech determined that it would require a timer replacement, which would be around $300 for my model washer.  Rather than fixing the timer he nicely suggested that I may be better off buying a new unit. I appreciated the honesty and I will definately recommend them to my friends.

Very pleased with the service. Technician was on time, very polite and professional. Was very informative about the issue and even though he could not repair the unit as the part needed was no longer made, he offered his advice for replacement ovens. Made additional calls regarding a follow up question we asked regarding another appliance. Cared about his work and the business. Thanks Tony!

Love the 2 hour time frame for the appointment but also the phone call that lets us know the technicians "were on their way". Went above our expectations when, upon removing the outside vent hood it crumbled due to age, the technicians drove to the nearest hardware store & purchased a new 4" vent hood, then installed it with new screws & caulking. No extra cost, Wow! We will positively be recommending this Mr Appliance to our family & friends. Also loved that they put covers over their shoes upon entering our home each time which on this rainy day protected our beige carpet.

Noticed Saturday evening that the refrigerator was not cooling, so we closed the doors which were not to be opened until it was fixed.  Sunday evening, after investigating the Large Appliciance Repair listings in 3 different phone books as well as everyone I Know did not have a good recommendation on companies that they had used locatly, we joined Angie's List and chose the most recommended company.  Called them on Monday morning and they were able to fit us in.   The tech arrived within the 2 hour specified time limit, which was at the end of the day.  Tech was courteous and professional, answered questions about his qualifications and how he did his job in determining the problem with our refrigerator,   When the tech had to get to the inside back of the freezer he was greeted with a totally packed freezer, which we then unloaded into laundry baskets and discovered that the back of the freezer was covered in ice - defroster had not worked in quite some time.  The tech knew exactly how to correct the problem and he was done posthaste and we didn't lose any food.  I will be recommending this company & this tech to my mother & friends.

Our refrigerator was running all the time and while the freeze kept items below freezing, neither it or the rest of the refrigerator was as cold as it should be. We called S&S first thing Monday morning, they said they could come any day the rest of the week, we picked Tuesday. They told us we would get a call Tuesday morning giving us a 2 hour window of when they would be there. They called at 8:30 and said they would come between 10 and 12; they showed up at 10:06. After confirming the motor was the problem, they gave me an estimate of the cost. I told them to go ahead. The first motor he installed was defective which he found through testing. After an hour all work was done on refrigerator. He then jumped behind the dryer and shortened and straightened the vent hose. All communications were timely and professional as was the repairman Cost breakdown: service call $69; new motor $48, labor $76; dryer vent labor $45.
