    EAGLE SECURITY SYSTEMS
Security system functioned ok. Cheap price. But you get what you pay for. They had a third party answering service that couldn't answer any questions, just said the owner would call you back. When I didn't hear back I got tired of the run around wrote to cancel my service they. They did. I then had to ask for a code number so the new provider could hook up their connection. Eagle refused to give it so I got stuck with a big bill. You get what you pay for. If price is your main issue, then ok use these guys but don't ever plan to change providers.

    EAGLE SECURITY SYSTEMS
Low price but difficult to get in touch with and product quality is suspect. They seem to use an answering service and call backs can take days or never happen. Most of my cameras broke and my window alarm panel did as well. When I tried to change to a different company after my contract period, Eagle refused to provide the necessary code to reroute the service. Kind of figures. When I did manage to contact them and have them come to do service Russell was professional and nice. I would trust him to be in my home. This service is probably best for someone on a tight budget that doesn't see a big need for a lot of maintenance.

My experience was not great.  Their process is cellular related and it would drop consistently. I would also get false alarms quite frequently. The application over the phone did not function correctly.  I was not completely pleased with them.

(Ordering)  I had a rough-sketch floor-plan of both floors of my home and called them on Oct 11.  I talked at length with a very knowledgeable  FrontPoint sales rep who's assistance and advice I found to be invaluable in deciding how best to protect my home against intrusion, fire, and water damage.  I wasn't pressured at any time during the call to place an order or to purchase anything.  Like I said earlier, if anything, I was discouraged from over-protection or taking any impulsive action. I had intended to purchase the system even before I called them so I did proceed with the order.  The entire conversation took less than an hour and could have been much shorter except for my many questions.

(Receiving) The box containing everything I'd ordered on the 11th arrived on the 13th.  I unpacked everything on the 13th and checked to see that everything was there and were the things I'd ordered.  I then spent a while reading the sensor installation recommendations on their website and decided I'd start the installation fresh on the 14th.   I started installing everything after lunch on the 14th and was done by about 3pm.  Except for having to fidget with adjusting the heights of some of the door sensors (to match the frame magnet heights) the whole thing would have taken no more than 30 minutes.  At around 3pm, I called the activation number and by about 3:45pm my system was fully functional and operating great.

We couldn't be happier with the system.  For us, the extra $13/mo for the "Interactive" monitoring (over the $35/mo regular monitoring) is well worth it since it allows full smartphone control, monitoring, and personal text and email notifications plus has the Crash-and-Smash protection.  Also, this system cannot be defeated by cutting home phone lines (BUT you MUST have reliable cell-tower connection service at your home ... sales rep can look this up for you). PLUS another HUGE advantage ... if you MOVE you can TAKE THIS WHOLE SYSTEM WITH YOU !!!!  (if you're moving to another place with cell-tower connection!!)     It's a good system (not fly-by-night) that you really ought to consider.

    SERVPRO of Montgomery South
For me, the water that had leaked in and collected was the secondary consideration. I can dry water. Servpro?s team told me on site in my house that they would handle the roof repair needs after the initial water leakage was stopped. After the first day of Servpro?s response, their supervisor told my house insurance not to cover the cost of roof repair or the drying because there was a pre-existing condition. That supervisor had previously worked for that insurance company. Since I was visibly upset by this news, the Servpro representatives assured me multiple times that the cost of the drying service would be less than my $500 deductible. They informed me that they would have someone contact me about the roof repairs I would need because Servpro doesn?t really do that work (thus, there were misrepresentations made to me by both State Farm and Servpro.) I was very upset to find out soon afterward that Servpro did not recommend any roofer, nor make good on the promise to have one contact me after the Servpro workers removed their fans. The serious problem in my house of a leaking roof was not addressed at all other than placing a plastic tarpaulin over an area and nailing it in place. The man who put the tarpaulin on the roof did not know where the leak originated on the rooftop, and I had to tell the tarp-nailer where to put the plastic cover because he was installing it 30 feet away from where the leak occurred. The charge for nailing down this piece of plastic (almost on the wrong part of the roof without my intervention) was $300.00. I have personally replaced the attic insulation Servpro took out and did not subsequently replace, even though a brand new, full roll was in the attic, 20 feet away. Because the real problem at my house was the roof leak that Servpro failed to address in any way, I had to hire a reputable roofing service to actually fix the problem I was facing from the first. The roof repair costs to fix the house?s problem by this professional, bonded, local roofer were only 1/3 the cost of Servpro?s bill to me for running fans and nailing down plastic. For this very lousy service, Servpro charged me $1377 and would not even respond to a letter from me and one from my lawyer. They have never corresponded with me in any way and have threatened by phone to pursue collections rather than address my complaints about overcharges. They are a very evil business, preferring to threaten their victims and never put anything but the bill in writing.

    First Realty
First Realty can not even be trusted to receive your rent check much less take care of any issues you may have. They have no concept of Customer Service and will cause headaches and frustration for you as a consumer. I will be leaving this property and moving when my lease is up. It is a rag tag operation that survives on consumer ignorant college students. Stay away from these guys if you can and be ready to save some money aside for when your check gets lost for late fees and fixing broken items on the property yourself.

They were really good. I thought they did a great job. They were here immediately. Their response time was good. They were thorough with fixing the problem.
