  • The provider came to our new home and presented himself as a knowledgeable person on providing solid glass for our needs. We requested low "E" insulated, bronze tinted windows. The provider gave accurate glass thicknesses, tints available and indicated it would overall be 1 inch  thick safety glass (1/4 safety glass on the inside and outside with a 1/2 inch seal in between them). The provider gave what appeared to be a fair price for a well made product. When the order was placed the provider requested 1/2 down since it was a special order. Upon agreeing to this request the windows were made to order and the owner of the company, who lives near our new home, said he would pick up the 1/2 payment in time. The provider indicated it would be several weeks before the order was ready, then they would come install them and upon approval by us the provider would receive the remainder of the estimate. The owner indicated that he was satisfied with our ability to pay without question.
    The order was ready for installation before our home was completely prepared for the windows. The provider stored our windows without question. A couple of weeks later we called the provider and made an appointment (about a week and a half later) to have the windows installed. The provider indicated it may be a little sooner depending on how their schedule worked out and that he would call if the installation could be made sooner. The provider called, about 3 days earlier than the expected installation date and asked if the windows could be installed. Upon a mutual agreement the provider sent his crew out. The crew was professional, efficient, cleaned up and provided us with some glass care products. The installation was very quick and professional. I would recommend their services and use them for future needs.

  • I called Sand Mountain Toyota to make an appointment to address some
    recall issues on my vehicle. The Assistant Service Manager Troy Rogers
    was very cordial on the phone and was able to get me an appointment the
    same day! When My husband and I arrived we were warmly greeted and to
    our surprise we were given a courtesy car at no charge to use while the
    inspection/potential repairs were being done. If we had chosen to stay
    at the dealership, the lounge look well appointed and comfortable and
    offered snacks and drinks for the waiting patrons. When we returned to
    pick up my vehicle, it was washed and vacuumed--another wonderful
    surprise. The whole experience was amazing because we were treated in
    such an excellent manner and did not spend a dime--the recall inspection
    was of course free.
    Because of the superb service we received I am now considering purchasing a new vehicle from them.
    We met one of the sales staff, Bryan Stewart and he was very nice, and low key. He let us look around on our own without any pressure. He provided me with some literature to help me with my decision and asked me to contact him regarding a future test drive. Overall Sand Mountain is a GREAT Toyota dealership.
