    Natural Stone Concepts LLC
Natural Stone provided outstanding service. Nicole and Deanna were extremely patient and helpful in stepping us through every facet of our remodel, to include, pros/cons of various materials, price points, wear/maintenance, and installation considerations. We decided on leathered granite and are extremely pleased with the decision. Upon the installation of our cabinets, they immediately arrived and templated the layout. Their workmanship in cutting the counters was exceptional. We used an existing sink that was top-mounted and had no template. They converted the installation to a bottom mount, and their cuts were perfect. They cut our countertops to minimize seams - the two seams that were required are extremely difficult for me to detect, even though I know where they are located. The slab for the coffee bar fit perfectly; it was a very precise application as it is surrounded on both ends by cabinetry. The precision of their work was absolutely superb. In addition to their outstanding work, they always went the extra mile. For example, their office is some distance from our house. To reduce our inconvenience, Nicole dropped samples and materials by our house on her way to/from work on several occasions. I was extremely impressed with my experience with Natural Stone Concepts and will definitely use them again for future remodel projects. The service was exceptional, and their pricing was less than the other firms we consulted. They have my highest recommendation.

    Complete Home Improvements
After having some bad luck with contractors in the recent past, we were blown away by Justin and Jake. They were hard working, friendly, professional, clean (left no mess), and on time everyday. Justin wrote in his description above "We strive to be a different kinda of construction and remodeling company and try to rebuild trust in our profession one customer at a time." Simply put, He nailed it. We are thrilled with our new shower, and so happy that we found Complete Home Improvements, Justin will be our go to guy for future projects!!

    Lee Company
I couldn't have been happier with Lee Company. Tommy Barnett arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. He checked the water pressure and made sure all faucets were working well. He dye-tested the toilets and checked the emergency shut off valve. He checked the water-heater thermostat and then flushed and drained the water-heater tank. He even assisted me with increasing the water pressure for the shower head in the master bathroom even though it wasn't in the official work description. Once through, he made sure he had wiped up any spilled water from the water heater flush (there was only a small amount) and cleaned up all of his work areas.
Finally, Tommy went through several recommendations including: putting in a thermal expansion tank on the water heater, and installing new steel washing machine hoses. Due to a previous comment I had made about possibly wanting to install a new kitchen sink and/or faucet, Tommy also wrote out several options Lee Co. could do for us including: rebuilding our faucet, installing a new faucet, or installing a new sink. During this time, Tommy never made me feel pressured to purchase anything; he simply laid them out as possible options and cited the recommendations as he saw them. I can't recall how long it took to perform the service - I'm guessing it was probably an hour.
In the end, my wife and I decided to have Lee Company install new washing machine hoses and try out their one year Premier Planned Service Membership for 2015. This includes the plumbing service, electrical services, and annual heating and air conditioning inspections/services.
Based on my experiences so far, I would definitely recommend Lee Company and will write additional reviews during 2015 as we use their additional services.

    R.P. Enterprises Inc.
I cannot recommend this contractor enough. The experience was as pleasant and rewarding as a renovation could be. Randall gave a very fair and reasonable estimate and kept to it; no added expenses cropped up along the way. He returned calls/ emails/texts quickly and did what he said he was going to do, when he said he was going to do it. I seldom was kept waiting around for workers to show up.

His work is excellent. He listened to what I wanted, tried his best to accommodate me and, when he couldn't do what I wanted, offered excellent alternatives; he is very knowledgeable and has access to plenty of other resources when he doesn't know the answer. He was always willing to come back and fix even the smallest thing if I wasn't completely satisfied.

When I had problems/ issues with an outside vendor (not one of his subs), he stepped in and helped resolve them; very important when you are working and cannot be available 24/7.

My kitchen and sun room are beautiful and exactly as I envisioned them. We are enjoying them immensely. Next project: deck and patio and I won't use anyone but RP Enterprises.

The grout and caulking the contractor addressed was repaired in a very professional way. The grout that was applied to the floor tile in the kitchen and master bath was perfectly matched for color and appearance. The grout and caulk that was applied to the granite counters and shower tile was applied in a professional manner.

He came to our house to examine the repairs that was needed. This allowed him to know how much caulk and glue he needed to make the repairs. He came back another day and did the repairs that we needed. We are satisfied with his work and would hire him for any future repairs.

CCD Creative Countertops / Designer Kitchen / Bath
Co-owner Susan came to me house with samples of quartz and helped me make my selections.  She measured area and gave me a quote for the work.  We set a date for installation which gave them time to order the materials and fabricate the counter tops.  When the quartz arrived, they were not satisfied with the quality of the match and had to reorder which took about a week.  Two installers arrived as arranged and did an excellent job of installing the tops which took about 4 hours.  There was some confusion with the plumber who was to arrive the next morning to connect drains and turn the water back on.  He arrived 2 days later, did a good job of completing the work plus doing a few other things that we requested of him.  Susan came back to inspect the work and take pictures.  I discovered a small chip on the edge of the counter top around the kitchen sink.  I called to report it and the installers returned in a few days and spent about an hour repairing it perfectly.  I was pleased with my interaction with this company and love my new counter tops.

    BOBBY TERRY CO
They did a lot of work for us. The last time they came it was excellent, they did very well. I like the fact that they can do anything. I can just call the person there and they can perform almost any kind of service that I need. They found some things that need to be fixed for it to work properly. We are new to the area and we have quite a few things to be done to the house, they have managed to do everything except painting. The painting was the only thing that I would say was not that well. They didn't put enough coats of paint. The price was reasonable.

If Its Wood Cabinetry, Granite & Tile, LLC
did not do this with the granite. Seems he had us pay full price and pocketed the discount we should have received. According to the phone calls made to the sources. Either way, when he received the payment, he still didn't proceed with any work on the kitchen, what he'd pressed to start asap, on the Friday before. He just destroyed my kitchen, left me without anything to work with for 12 days. If not for his employee Josh, I would have still been left without a dishwasher with out of town company coming, just because it was an imposition to himself. I have extremely good hearing and overheard him say he'd have to find a way to charge us for the 2 minutes it took to hook up the dishwasher. Which took all of 5 minutes. I'd been very patient til this point. I'd also done much research, so we were not as stupid as I got the opinion we were in this area. He sent me to way over priced places, which i chose to go to the places I already liked the workers. He over charged us for materials which he kept. And he had planned to keep what was left (which was a loooooooooooooot) of our granite) He said he'd be able to do our bathrooms with the granite left over. Planned to keep it until we were ready, we'd already realized he was milking us for money. Money we didn't have earmarked for this project. Anything left over 30 days becomes HIS! I think not at the price of 23$ a sq ft. His first thing in the morning was around noon or later,. wasting much of my days. The granite for the cooktop was cut out inside the house. I understood days later why they cut it inside (which made me spend 4 days of the next wk at the Dr's office)
Once I was able to touch and clean the kitchen, I found the granite around the sink had many breaks in it all the way through and had been glued back together in such a way, it was a blob of a mess, never to shine. The Granite was installed on Wed night Aug 1, in which Tyler and Josh worked very hard to get it in that night, since I had company coming into town. Finally on Sunday I had time to really clean the granite, up until then I'd been too sick and found it had many breaks in it around the sink front and back. Aug 6th Chuck was emailed by my husband to bring the leftover granite and what time would he actually be coming on Tuesday the 7th, Since Chuck was busy monday. Tuesday my husband takes part of the day off, no granite, not informed it wasn't coming, so a day of Vacation is wasted yet again. Chuck started laying of the tile with the boys that day, which a few of them are uneven and in areas i stub my toe turning to go to the stove. The next day, Chuck sends the granite, boys finish tile but not the edging, grout all over the wood cabinets and walls even and the tiles. My husband then fires Chuck. Still no response is received forcing us to seek legal, which we didn't want to do. We just want the matter settled. We are not trying to get anything out of him. I feel I was screwed over since I recommended him to my husband and we are having to spend money to fix things. If you want someone good with words? Try him....small jobs maybe............BUT NO I WOULDN'T EVER RECOMMEND HIM FOR ANYTHING LARGER. I got very very tired of cleaning of his messes! His boys would try but he'd rush them off! He left all his leftover scraps and working stuff all over our carport for us to clean up with kids and grandkids coming. We should have been paid for our clean up services. NOt to mention he'd just help himself to my husband's tools. I caught him measuring other areas of my home without me asking him to. I did not like him going into my bedroom which was closed without asking first! He takes advantage of people if they are good. I could say more details but I will leave it here. Good luck to you!
We ended up hiring Scott Stafford of IVEY Tile, recommended by Jenkins Brick in Madison and they did an awesome Job of my back splash (which they had to fix the mess made first). Jenkins Brick and Tile and Scott were great to work with and honest. He did way more than he asked of us.

I had the same man do all the work on my house.  He had some roofers and they kind of work for him.  He needed extra help, but everything that was done was done by him except the carpeting.  His name is Dennis Adams.  He's an individual.  I tend to call him jack of all trades.  I'm pleased.  He has done work for friends of mine and they were pleased too.  He just truly does about everything.  He was a home builder in Oregon.  He was a contractor there.  I needed a lot of things done and he was able to do it.  He was very pleasant to have because he was in the house for a long time.  It was very, very comfortable to have him around.  He was an extremely nice man.  In fact, it never bothered me when I had to leave the house.  I know that's not a smart thing, but he was totally, totally, completely reliable.  He has already done a job for man across the street.  I like everything about him.  I like his integrity, his work and his attitude.  It's not always comfortable having a stranger in one's home for a couple of months, but he was very comfortable.  He's just a lovely, nice and a trustworthy man.  Everything about him is an A+++.  If something came up and he couldn't get here at the time he said, he'll call and let me know which a lot of them don't do and I just would sit there all day waiting.
