    Woody Anderson Ford
Took my car in for a free oil change (using my rewards points which I got when buying the car) and one of the employees of Woody Anderson Ford WRECKED MY CAR! They literally backed into it and destroyed my passenger side door in the front and back! They send two Customer Service "Managers" to talk to me and not only did they joke about it "You're gonna LOVE us!" but they agreed to make it "right" by giving me more rewards points and fixing the damage they had done as if that was compensation enough for the huge inconvenience of destroying my brand new car that the value of was now totally depreciated! I had to ask to even assess the damage myself. They promised to make my car "like new". So, I asked if while they were at it, they could take care of a dent in the front right wheel that was there when I bought it, a DEFECTIVE GLASS WINDOW (also FORD's defect issue-confirmed by a glass specialist that they reccommended), a shattered driver's side mirror (my own fault from a rock that hit it-that I had already quoted for $60 from THEIR reccomend contractor-very nice fellow), and put some air in my tires because a low tire pressure sensor wouldn't go off. THEY AGREED TO FIX ALL OF THESE SMALL THINGS AT THE SAME TIME DUE TO THE HUGE INCONVENIENCE!! It has been three weeks now and they gave me my car back finally WITHOUT FIXING ANYTHING BUT THE DOOR DAMAGE AND WHEEL DENT! They even tried to tell me that the mirror was going to COST ME nearly FOUR TIMES what I had already gotten quoted from their same guy! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!! THEY WILL DESTROY YOUR PROPERTY AND LIE ABOUT FIXING IT! I RECCOMMEND YOU THINK TWICE ABOUT DOING BUSINESS WITH WOODY ANDERSON FORD!!

We have used Joe's two or three times in the last several years and they are our go-to for car body repairs. We have found them very professional and responsive and are happy with the work they provided.  So far we have only needed minor work, but they have built our trust to go to them with any other body repairs we might need.

They have done auto body works for us before. They are very expensive but, they did a great job. They are the Honda dealers. My overall experience with them was excellent. They were very nice. They were very busy but they took the time to see what repairs my car needed. They were a couple bubbles on it but they fixed it.

Norm's did an excellent job from start to finish in repairing my silver sedan. The passenger doors had been damaged in a parking lot accident. I had already taken the vehicle to another body shop who is affiliated with the dealer of my car's manufacturer. That body shop had one of their technicians look at my car and tell me that the doors were not repairable and that they would also need to order new seals. I then went to Norm's because the insurance company who was paying for the repairs (not my fault) had them set up as a preferred vendor. Norm's estimate was within $5 of the other shop's estimate. I did have to tell their estimator about the door seals and what the other shop said about the doors not being repairable, but he was attentive and responsive to my input. I was very concerned about paint matching since my husband is a car enthusiast and he was very worried about matching the silver paint. In addition, we've had some less than perfect experiences with repairs in the past, and I was concerned that my beloved German luxury sport sedan would never be the same. Due to hail damage in the April tornadoes, Norm's had a delay in their scheduling. I was told that the repairs would begin on July 6. I called them on July 5 to confirm the repair date. I called them late in the day, and although the person I talked to promised to call me back immediately, I had to call them again on the 7th. I assumed that no call back meant they weren't ready, and the gentleman I talked to did state that many of their parts deliveries had been delayed by the distributor. When I talked to them on the 7th, they said that the parts had finally come in. I could have taken the car on the 8th, but since I knew the insurance company would want to minimize the days they paid for a rental car, I elected to wait until Monday to deliver the car. I delivered the car on Monday morning. They were very efficient at accepting my car. They went over it for existing damage and fuel levels. There were no surprises. They called the car rental twice (car rental company would not get an A rating from me), and made sure I was picked up. Every day they had my car I received a phone call telling me what had been done. The vehicle was completed when they said it would be, and I was thrilled with the repairs. Even my car loving husband was impressed. In addition to repairing the car, they detailed it, and I drove away in a car that was better than I had left in in every way. I have heard good reports about Norm's for many years. The complimentary word of mouth was true. Additionally, I was impressed with the general order and tidiness of the business. Body shops deal with a lot of broken parts and I've seen some that were operating in much less impressive ways.

They called me every couple of days and gave me an update of whats happening. I loved this, because I wasn't sitting at home wondering whats going on. My car was fixed very fast and the quality is amazing and the staff is very professional. It looks like I was never in a wreck and they matched the color of my car perfectly. The color is very weird (brownish/gray). I would definatly recommend them to anyone who needs body work done, I'm very happy.

    JOE HUDSON COLLISION
I had a great experience with Joe Hudsons. Everyone in the company was more than helpful. I was picked up to get a rental car, and dropped my rental car with them. They also made sure to keep me in the loop about the progress of my car repairs. When I picked up my car, it was cleaner than when I dropped it off! They went the extra mile and vacuumed and washed my car. I would definately recommend this company to my friends and family. They did a great job....you can't even tell anything was wrong with my car!
