Artic Refrigeration Service repaired my air conditioner unit. They replaced a thermostat and replaced some wiring.

My husband uses them for his restaurant and loves this company. We will always use them for residential now as well as for our restaurant. They knew exactly waht was wrong with it. They gave us a good estimate. The came out quickly and nothing has been wrong since. They laughed at the other estimates we had.

I used Artic Refrigeration Service for fixing a freezer and ice machine in my restaurant about two months ago.

I wasn’t happy with them. He came to fix a freezer to my restaurant and ice machine and he took tediously time. He came and talked a lot while he wasn’t working. I don’t like to talk to somebody who is fixing something because they are on the clock. He said something was wrong and he had to go get a part. Then came back and said that something else was wrong too and he had to get another part. I would never call them again. He just prolonged everything.

I have used the services of Artic Refrigeration Service on the 20th of November 2010. They put in a new air conditioning unit for my house.

The work turned out very good overall. I chose them because of their price and also because they were recommended by my mother-in-law. I would recommend them for their prompt service. Their price was good. They were very knowledgeable about the products that they sell and would put in. They did a very good job.

Very positive experience. Let me start off by explaining that I am very hard to please and expect quality work and attention to detail as well as quality products. I requested many quotes for the complete removal and replacement of the heat pump and duct work for our home. I had very specific requirements for the replacement. The ducts had to be insulated on the outside to prevent mold growth on the inside of air passages. The system had to incorporate Ultra Violet lights to reduce bacteria and mold and had to include an electrostatic filter to remove dust and pollen and other airborne pollutants. I also had the requirements for the additional features to be accessible from the exterior of the house. This required special ductwork to accommodate the UV filter / Electrostatic filter with an access opening for servicing between the outside unit and the wall of the house. We requested a much larger cotton based return filter to catch airborne particles that would pass by an ordinary furnace filter. The house also needed some additional vents to cool problem areas that we had experienced prior to the new system. Artic Refrigeration was not only the best value they also were eager to accommodate my special requests.

We are very satisfied with our new heating and air conditioning system. The employees were very professional and worked very quickly. They removed and disposed of the old ductwork and cleaned up after the job was finished. They also accommodated a couple of requests during the installation with a very positive attitude.
