AMaine Bathroom RemodelingWe had two baths remodeled. At the end of each day, the cleaning and straightening up was very good. Eric kept us up to date on what the next day or two plans would be. Bath 1 was a complete tear out and replace, bath two we replaced the tub with a show and added to the closet where the original shower had been. Eric furnishes labor and you furnish the "pretty" items like fixtures, tile, towel holders. They used top of the line materials. We did ask for a couple of things, not in the original estimate and ran into a major wiring issue in the 2nd bath redo. We negotiated a price change that day, very fair, and moved on. The wiring was run midway down a wall instead of in the attic or near the ceiling. Caused some major rerouting, we didn't know so it was an understandable cost increase. Eric is an extremely fair person to deal with, he wants the job done right.- Steven C.

AHENDERSON CONSTRUCTION & MOREVery satisfied with the work that was done. Dylan was very professional and made modifications that we requested without a problem. While they were doing the grading of the yard my septic tank encountered a problem. (nothing to do with the work they were performing). I asked them to look at it and he was able to dig down to the septic tanks and locate the problem. They were able to fix the issue the same day. All of this happened on a late Saturday afternoon and they stayed until the tank was functional. I cant thank them enough.- Dave B.

AI am a UAB professor, and have been trying fix up my house since my retirement recently. One of the projects I had was rebuilding the torn patio in the backyard with concrete. I got quotes from 8 different concrete companies (selected from Home Advisor, Angie’s List, and BBB). Finally, after much deliberation (including following up with each of the 8 companies for additional details about the proposals to rebuild the Concrete Patio in my backyard), I chose Bethers Builders, LLC to do the job. Dan Bethers (the owner) gave, what I considered, a fair price for the job, even though his quote was not the lowest. What tipped my decision in his favor was: (1) the ease with which he and I communicated with each other about what I wanted to be done and his explanation of how he would go about it, and (2) his understanding of my desire that his crew to not mess-up my front lawn or crack the drive way in the front of the house with heavy concrete-mixing trucks or heavy Bobcats etc. He was able to transport the Quikrete and Portland Cement bags to the backyard without using the aforementioned heavy equipment. In the backyard, his crew mixed up the Concrete to finish the Patio project. He had 3 crew members that worked for 2 days. Dan was excellent in communicating to his crew members. Each time I had a question or concern, Dan Bethers would address my concern right away to my satisfaction. After Dan Bethers finished the Patio job, and I made the payment, a few days later following a rainy day, I noticed a couple of areas where there were shallow puddles of water on the patio. I complained about them to Dan. And Dan returned and resurfaced the area to minimize these puddles. I am extremely delighted with my decision to hire Bethers Builders, LLC to do the Concrete Patio job at my house. I endorse enthusiastically Bethers Builders, LLC and its owner, Dan Bethers, for similar jobs, without any reservation. If I have any future jobs at my house, I intend to hire Dan Bethers.

AThe ETS Restorations team are miracle workers. We worked with an online design firm to produce an amazing design, but it was just a computer rendering without building specs. They took a pretty complex design (included fencing, a shed, paving, custom wood planter boxes) of our front yard and back yard and turned it into reality. Better yet, they did it in two weeks to get it done before a party we were hosting at our house, and right on budget. The head guy Charles came out and was really thoughtful. (He does design work himself on most jobs) Came up with great ideas (ie picking stone, designing the shed, lighting, irrigation, etc) and also improved the design. Then delivered a quote that he stuck to. The craftsmanship was top notch and the guys take pride in their work which really matters vs other home renovations where the key pieces are usually bought and just installed vs custom. Highly recommend them.
