    The Lady's Lawn Service, LLC

She chopped our crepe myrtles off rather than trimming the tops of them. She wasn't even here -- she sent her people out here and they just butchered our crepe myrtle trees. They were about 25 foot trees and they took them down to about 6 feet. I think their price was probably a little high. It took us a year before I would do anything because we were so mad. My wife had an extensive conversation with her a year before about what we wanted done. She just ignored it.

They do such a good job and are so incredibly reasonable on price that we see no reason to get estimates. We just call them and only them. We tell everyone to call Arbor Rite just to get a quote. You'll be very pleasantly surprised.

Shane came out and gave his estimate. I knew it was going to be a little pricey, but considering the difficulty taking down the tree between the fence and power line, it was about with what I thought it would take. He advise me when he gave the estimate that I would be 2-3 weeks before he could start the job and I would probably take an entire day. After a 10 days, the company called 2 days in advance and said that they would be at my house around 9:00. After 3 and a half hours and 4 truck loads of trees, the job was complete including stump grinding and general yard cleanup. There was no damage at all to the power lines or fencing. I could not have asked for a better experience. His crew was courteous and very professional. I would most definitely use this company again and recommend their services to anyone.

Jon and his crew were very professional. Thought job would take 5 days and they had it done in four. No property damaged. Great communication from Jon on the progress of the job. He sent me several pictures and videos of the work that they performed. The did a great job of clean up after they were done and smoothed out the stump grindings. His team worked very well together you could tell they have worked together for some time.

Mr. Shane Hanson, owner and operator, came to our home and gave us an estimate for cutting down 6 trees and removing them. He also estimated the price for removing some brush near the edge of our yard. The price seemed reasonable and we agreed to have him do the work. Mr. Hanson brought workers with the proper heavy equipment to cut and remove the trees and brush in a matter of a few hours.

    Roses To Red Oaks
We contacted Roses to Red Oaks for an estimate to remove a tree that had several limbs hanging over our home. He came out the same day and he beat our other estimates. We set a date and he came out on time. We really liked that he did not use any heavy equipment that could have damaged our underground sprinkler system. He finished the job on time, and on budget. There were no hidden or surprise costs. He cleaned up all debris and even coordinated the stump grinder person for us.

    A Cut Above Tree Service
On the day that the work was supposed to be done, I was told that they would be at my home by 7 am. I canceled a couple of previous engagements that I had scheduled for that day so that I would be home when they came to do the work. I waited until 9 am that morning and they had not shown up or called. I gave them a call and was told that a man named Steve would call me back. He called back within 10 or 15 minutes and I explained that I had been waiting for over 2 hours at this point for them to show up. He said that the appointment I had made with them had simply "slipped his mind". I was quite upset at that point to be told that I had been waiting for someone who never would have shown up at all had I not called and reminded them. As I stated, I had canceled other plans to be available for them. I told him that I was P.O.'d about the situation. He said he could come the following day and I explained that was not acceptable since I had already made plans for him to do the work on that day. He said that he was sorry and that he'd be at my house to do the job within 3 hours. I waited for the rest of the day and he never called or showed up. I made a couple of posts on their FaceBook page hoping to get a response from them. About a week passed, and I made one final post which prompted one of the owners wives to contact me. I explained the situation to her and she apologized and said that they would try their best to make it right. She called me back later in the day to inform me that they were not going to be able to work anything out. Steve had told her that I was rude to him and cursed him and that he wouldn't do the work. All I said to Steve was that I was P.O.'d (except I used the full words) that I had made arrangements to ensure that I was available and had been waiting for him and I was forgotten about. If he had a problem with what I said, he should have informed me right then instead of agreeing to come and get started on the job within 3 hours. I basically got stood up twice by him on the same day, and the second time is because he outright lied by telling me he'd be coming to my house within 3 hours.

He came by to give me an estimate and left the estimate at my house. He called me the night of the estimate to see if he needed to answer any questions. I told him that I was getting two more estimates and would contact him in a day or two.
Once we agreed on him preforming the task, we set a date for him to cut down the trees. On the day before he was to come, he called to verify the time and asked if it was ok to come between 6:30 and 6:45. He arrived at 6:45 and started work.
They were incredibly fast and efficient. They arrived about 6:45 on the day arranged, and within 2 hours, had finished and cleaned up and left. He had men in the trees cutting limbs and someone on the ground putting them into a wood chipper. Then he dropped the trunk in the yard, cut it up and loaded it on their truck.
He does contract with someone else for stump removal and they were there in about a week. The price quoted to me included the stump removal. He was about 30% less than the other bids I received.

    Burford's Tree Surgeons Inc
They really did a good job on it.  They did a surgery on the tree alright.  The roots of the tree were taking over our yard and we had to get it up.  It was messing up everything and growing up under the sidewalk.  I am not exactly sure how much they charged us to do the work, but it was somewhere between $300.00 and $350.00.  They arrived at the time they said they would.  They took down the tree, chopped it up with their chopper, ground up the stump, and left the area clean without any debris lying around.  They did an excellent job.

    Mike's Tree Service Anniston
Took two days to clean up. Other workers I had hired had to work around the mess they made. Even they were shocked that a tree service would leave behind such a disaster area.
