Dr. Hudson is very friendly and does a great job talking directly to our son and making him feel comfortable.  his office staff work with you on appts and have a great check in process as well as printing reminders of appts, text reminders and emails.  overall we have been very happy with the office team and the progress of the braces

They really go above and beyond in trying to make it affordable for patients.  My son loves the dentist.  The doctor, hygienist, and front desk staff are all really nice.

My most problematic filling from when I was a child was starting to show serious wear. This filling was so massive that I had hot/cold sensitivity in the tooth and really, there was more filling than tooth. She was extremely careful and patient with me over my fears but efficiently prepped the tooth, sent me off to a qualified endodontist for a root canal (who complimented Dr. Thompson's prep work), and then quickly crowned my tooth. I no longer have any problem with this tooth! Later I had another large filling removed for a crown and she thought I would not need a root canal. However, when I called her the next day to alert her of the pain I was having with the temporary, she and her staff promptly got me in the office within the hour to x-ray and examine the tooth. We decided that a root canal might be in order after all and she got me an appointment immediately with an endodontist who performed the procedure the minute I arrived. She has always been very responsive to my needs and I feel very well taken care of by her.

Good. The wait was long but once he was in the back it didn't take long. We will use them again for sure. His nurse was very friendly.

I had my wisdom teeth and the bottom tooth in front of the wisdom tooth on the left side cut out about 2 years ago, and am going tomorrow for the consult to get the wisdom teeth on the right side cut out. My insurance doesn't cover the $400 to be put to sleep, so they gave me gas and shots in my mouth first, and it was really no worse than a filling at the dentist. I did get dry sockets on the bottom, which REALLY hurt, but I went back and they packed them for free, and gave me stuff to do it myself if I needed to, because it was about an hour from my home, and they were closing for Thanksgiving for a few days. They DID tell me that if I needed to come in, to call them, and someone would be on call, so that was nice to know.I was thinking of going somewhere else, because of the dry sockets, but everyone I spoke to said that if you are someone who gets them even if you do EVERYTHING right, then it's probably just your genetics and not the oral surgeon, so...since he didn't HURT me on the other 3, I'm going back to him for the last 2 and just being glad that at least the PROCEDURE part of it isn't painful. :)

On the consultation they spent several hours with her and made her very comfortable about have to have new dentures made. They spent several hours every time she went working with her gums getting everything ready for the dentures and they made her a set of new dentures and have done follow up appointments. Everyone has been wonderful during the experience.

It was dental work. You know, super exciting stuff!!!! Just kidding, the work was done quick, painless, I was explained all of the details of the procedure and the cost involved. Cost ended up being exactly as discussed and no surprises. Excellent office staff with a bunch of pretty smiling faces. I do wish they would include backrubs. I think this would help with most dental procedures! And if not it'd still help... Office is modern with modern equipment and people. Not a bunch of hundred-year-olds practicing dentistry. They are current with the latest trends and I have heard that the dentist takes the office to dental conventions once or twice a year maintaining a fresh information pool from which to draw upon. Did I mention that they were friendly? If not, you should also know that they are friendly!
