    Dasher, Dr. Charles
Dr. Dasher performed the procedure at St. Vincent's St. Clair Hospital in Pell City. The procedure was arranged by and to be paid by the VA. The hospital asked me for a co-pay and I was later billed by the hospital. The actual medical staff and Dr. Dasher provided excellent service.

    Urology Centers of Alabama PC
IT was at St Vincent's hospital downtown in Birmingham and everyone was incredibly nice to me... all the staff, physician-everyone. I was very well taken care of and got to go home later that day after a 7 am operation. I do not yet know the results of my operation but I am healing now...

    Craddock Health Center
Whether in person or on the phone, things run smoothly most every time. My copay is $25 and Im only required to go every other month. The ones in between I call for refills. Jennifer always answers any and all concerns. I will admit that you can expect a long wait to see the doctor, but he always manages to work me in evwn if its last minute. Lab onsite is efficient and results are almost immediate. If you need early mornings, I suggest one of the other doctors there because Aldaher makes hospital rounds until 1030. Appointments are available til around 430 or 445 Mon thru Thurs and from 10-noon on Fri. There are 4 other doctors at the practice but ive only seen Aldaher.

    Clinton Ray MD
Surgery was performed on December 8th and after 3 months post-op and 2 months of physical therapy I still was having a tremendous amount of pain. On March 8th following an MRI, we decided to pursue a second surgery on March 9th where it was determined that the joint had deteriorated even further. The jount was thoroughly cleaned up removing all signs of deterioration. Ibhave been practically pain free since witin a week after second surgery. I highly recommend Dr Ray. He is very thorough, cares very much for his patients and has a great bedside manner.

I was referred to Dr. Yeager-Smith because my primary doctor couldn't help me with the pain in my foot. She diagnosed the problem and has treated me very well. She even allows me to make payments for her care. I wouldn't go to any other foot doctor.

    George Atwell DDS
Dr. Atwell explains the whole procedure. He sings as he inserts the butterfly catheter and administers the sedative. You are completley out. Then you are awake in a wheel chair with packing in your mouth. it is fast and they wheel you down the elevator and to your car if needed. Rechecks are great and the the staff and Dr. Atwell are terrific. Highly recommended. Almost everyone I know has had their wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Atwell over many, many years.

    Inverness Family Medicine
I have been seen by Dr. Michael Brewer at least once a year since 2005, most of the time more than once. He has treated me for colds and flu as well as more complicated issues. He has always been very professional. I have found his diagnoses to be on the mark and he always seems to listen to everything I tell him, asking questions and deciding on what he thinks. For the past two years i have seen him for my Annual Physical. I like him and his staff. In 2008 I was given a diagnosis by another doctor that was very scary for me. The next day i went to Dr. Brewer and told him what I had, and he sat there, looked me straight in the eye and told me that he had the same diagnosis several years ago. He asked me if I thought I was gong to be in a wheel chair. I said yes, probably in about a year. He said no, if you take the meds correctly and take care of yourself, you will be fine, and you should be able to work as long as you want to. He then told me he had a nurse that worked for him that has the same problem and he would send her in to talk to me about it. She came in and told me that she had this for years and was doing great. He calmed me down tremendously and answered my questions, and made me feel so much better. And, he was right. That has been 5 years ago, and I still have the issue, but I am much better now than I was then. He is a great doctor with a great bedside manner. I would refer any of my friends to him.

    Rosen, Dr. Donald
I think he told me initially that I didn't have it while I was partly under anesthesia. I didn’t remember him telling me that. But I was glad that I went back to Dr. Rosen because the other doctor had me doing all kinds of procedures thinking I had this condition: About the other doctor: I had told the other doctor my symptoms on the forms, and he had me doing more colonoscopies and endoscopies, and going in for appointments, and he told me he’d keep me on medicines. He’d be in there no longer than five minutes to say a few words about my blood pressure, and going on, and then he’d be going out the door. That, I didn’t like. He’s really not into patient care. Somewhere along the way, it seems like, some doctors will cross over and be so dishonest with their patients. I'm glad that Dr. Rosen is there, and has been open with me, and I trust him to give me the true information. Whenever he does something, he'll have you come in, and he'll take you to an office area, and he doesn't rush--he literally takes his time with you; you wouldn't know he's in a hurry to finish talking to you. He doesn't talk fast or try to get you out of the way. He takes his times and just talks. He's even got awards in his office for being an awesome doctor. If I call for an appointment, there's really not a wait. They always try to get us in there. The office environment is very nice and cozy. I think the young ladies on staff are pretty great. I like the fact that they make you feel very comfortable. Some places it's strictly professional, but here they make you feel very comfortable in their communication with you. Dr. Rosen released me. He told me I don't have to come back and see me for the next five years... but that if anything comes up that I will need him for, jsut to come see him. I would see him again if I needed to, but I pray to God that I won't need to.

    Grubbe, Dr. Robert E.
I had been diagnosed with emphesema but fely like that was impossible since I never smoked. I also needed help with my allergies. When I went to see him, he did some tests and determined I needed medicine for my allergies , and medicine for asthma and went back to be retested in 3 months. My lung function had improved by 30% and I could breathe better without feeling as tired . I cintinued under his care until I moved out of the area. I was very satisfied with his treatment.
