  • They didn't charge us, because we have an account with them and we pay so much per month. It's like an insurance plan. You can sign up for it, but you don't have to. It covers immunizations and so many visits for a period, and teeth cleaning which is very expensive. Quality is good. They love him. He loves them and they love him. Communication is very good.

  • I love my veterinarian. The name of the practice is Palmer Vet Clinic. They are in Palmer which is real close 8 miles away. This doctor has been our veterinarian for probably 8 years or more. We have had several pets from that time. I totally trust him. There are a couple of vets in there that I think are really just great. They are helping him. I usually see who ever is available because I trust them all. They get 'A's all the way down, for everything, the staff, the office staff and everything. It won't be long now for me to be going there. The last time was before I got back from Arizona and I've got to go in now very soon. It is actually dry there because it is a desert but it is something that's only in a few places like Texas and Arizona that you even find that problem. She is good now but it was catch and go last year when she was in that vet clinic. They were on it. They kept her overnight for several nights. They were monitoring night and day, calling me every day, everything. There were x-rays and all kind of tests so I spend about 1000 dollars. This was over a long period of time. She had to go back several times and have more x-rays for her lungs and stuff like that.

  • Service was provided very quickly and the doctor as well as the techs were very gentle with our dog and our friend's dog. Our friend's dog is very nervous but they were very comforting to her and worked very slowly as not to cause any added stress.

  • Our cat Buddy was dying of kidney disease.  The Doctor came to our home to euthanize him so that his last moments wouldn't be riding in a car (which he hated) and dying in a vet's office.  She was very kind and gentle with us and explained everything that would occur. She gave us the option of being with Buddy when he went which, I believe, made it even easier for him and us.  She took the time to pet Buddy and let him get comfortable with her presence. She also took extra time to ensure that he was truly gone and never rushed any part of the process.
She showed such great respect, understanding and compassion for us and for Buddy that she will never be forgotten.  The way she treated Buddy you would think that he was her special cat too.  She took his body when we were ready.  We never felt like we were just another customer but almost like we were family.  At Passages they have a wide away of containers for the remains and other momentos that help memorialize a wonderful friend.  Passages took every step imaginable to make a most difficult loss something that contains good memories as well.  Memories of a peaceful passing and an end to suffering for our Buddy.

  • The staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable. I have taken my six month old puppy there for all of his shots and they always give him great care and we never have to wait very long. I took my 16 year old blue heeler in to have him put to sleep and they were very compassionate and professional. They are a little more expensive but they are also open 24 hours a day and don't charge emergency fees so in my opinion it is worth the extra money.

  • They seem to have a lack of good scheduling. But this is probably due to their high volume of business. For example, they are never ready at any scheduled time, seems there is always a 'squeeze' in or an emergency that you have to wait for. It is worth the wait, as the vets are very good. Dr Lehman is very personable and has a good 'bedside' manner with my dog. All the staff are caring and show empathy for your pets situation as well as your stress. I was impressed that Dr Lehman took the time to consult with a specialist when she did not know the answer.

  • Easily got an appointment, arrived early, didn't have to wait long. Very business-like exam, thorough instructions given for treatment and medications provided. able to pay and leave in a timely manner.

  • They were fine.  We have had nothing, but good luck with them.  We had three dogs they took care of, one of them had diabetes, and we had to give an insulin shot and all three of them were more than 15 years old, and then we finally took one of the dogs there and they put the dog down and it was all very nice.  They were excellent.  We have had real good luck, and they are all very caring.  I had to take an emergency flight last summer and I had to take my little dog with me, but they right away got her in for the airline check and everything and that I needed and they were really good.  The price was fair.

  • They are reasonably priced and they are very good. They are a lot cheaper than other vets. I really like them. The only people that are cheaper are the SPCA and you don't know what you would get with them. I use them all the time because I raise chihuahuas.

  • It was pretty expensive but the surgery went well and they were very good with my dog. The doctor was very caring and gentle about it. I had to go back twice because the dog ate more grass but the vet did not charge as much for the second surgery. The people behind the desk were very friendly and helpful when I called to ask my questions. They got my dog in to be seen right away and the facility is a clean, nice place. I will use them again in the future.
