  • They didn't charge us, because we have an account with them and we pay so much per month. It's like an insurance plan. You can sign up for it, but you don't have to. It covers immunizations and so many visits for a period, and teeth cleaning which is very expensive. Quality is good. They love him. He loves them and they love him. Communication is very good.

  • They are great! We board with them often and our boy loves it there. He is always excited when we pull into the parking lot and can't wait to get to the back to play with all his friends. We have used other kennels but Alaska TLC is our choice. The staff is very friendly and they spend time with their boarders and learn each ones personality and needs.

  • Sandi was great.  She surveyed the yard and gave me an estimate before performing the work.  She was thorough.  She cleanup up the yard and reported in quickly that the work was complete.
Sandi also replied quickly when I found her on Facebook.  She was able to come out to my house within a few days and work with my busy schedule.
I would definitely recommend Valley Poop Patrol to friends.

  • They're good. They're good at the dogs. I'd go back to them. They're great. Other than they're good on dogs, they do great jobs, I'm usually able to get in quickly. When I call for appointments, they're always friendly. They're good at the dogs. They're good people. They call me when they're done and they're always punctual about that. They do a good job.

  • I have been taking my dog Abby to April and William since I adopted her at 4 months of age. Abby has attended both day care and has been boarded for periods of time. Abby came to me with anxiety and fear. She had significant separation anxiety, fear of men and children and fear of all strangers. From the first time I brought Abby to April and William she has had an excellent experience. Abby bonded with April immediately and was surprisingly comfortable with William. April and William have always provided excellent care and training for Abby. April has gone out of her way to research some of my concerns with Abby and helped me develop strategies and training to address behavioral problems. April has been instrumental in helping me help Abby. I am very impressed with the improvements that April and William have made to the day care and boarding including in floor heat so dogs with arthritis and other ailments are comfortable; agility equipment and the sand box. In the more than four years that Abby has been cared for by April and William she only had one minor injury when she got a very small stone in her eye. April called me immediately and took excellent care of Abby until I arrived. Abby had the object removed and happily returned to day care.
Abby is always extremely excited to see April and William. She is happy to come to day care or boarding and always has a good time. I have referred many people to April and William. I would unconditionally recommend this service to anyone, especially if there is a concern or the dog needs special care. The care is excellent, April is very knowledgeable and willingly researches issues and the rates are reasonable especially for the care the animals receive. It is weren't for April and William I am not sure I would have able to keep Abby. Abby and I are grateful for them.

  • Our pets have been treated as family since their first visit. Several of our friends have been referred to Pampered Paws along the way. We have never been disappointed and both Mosby and Etta always arrived at Pampered Paws excited for another visit.
Sadly we lost our Mosby last week and Etta was even more tearful and sad than we could bear. After three days of mourning and separation anxiety by Etta, we contacted Pampered Paws and asked if Etta could come and spend the day? During this last minute visit, without much coordination, Pampered Paws found time for Etta to come and mingle with the many other pets. Several hours later, Etta had regained some of her tail wag and life for all three of us was a little brighter.
Thank you Pampered Paws for finding the time to give our family some very much needed support and first-class care. Your card to the grieving parents was over the top! We'll bring our new pup and Etta to stay soon.

  • They are taking care of the dogs and remove ticks on its tummy. They were able to cut the hair proportional to the type of dog and to the type of cuts. It is very subjective. Absolutely, she was always available, that is her thing. I think they are very thorough. They take the time to actually get to know each individual dog or cat or whatever animals they are working with. She is actually very personable. We checked many places before and they did not take their time like she does. Like if the dog is here, she will not just hurry up and put the dog into the grooming area. She is very knowledgeable. I have had several questions about grooming on what I should do and what I should not do. She has always taken the time to stand there and talk to me about any questions I might not have about how to take care of dogs. For what you get, it is really a reasonable price.

  • My little dog loves going to Pampered Paws. She gets to play with other dogs and has 24 hour in home human interaction and supervision. The price is reasonable and I don't have to feel guilty for leaving her when I travel.

  • Very friendly and professional staff. Price was just a few dollars higher than what I paid my prior groomer in Colorado - $77. My dog was happy, looked great and so soft when I picked him up. Definitely using Diana's again! (Address here is incorrect - they are on Laurel)

  • I love my veterinarian. The name of the practice is Palmer Vet Clinic. They are in Palmer which is real close 8 miles away. This doctor has been our veterinarian for probably 8 years or more. We have had several pets from that time. I totally trust him. There are a couple of vets in there that I think are really just great. They are helping him. I usually see who ever is available because I trust them all. They get 'A's all the way down, for everything, the staff, the office staff and everything. It won't be long now for me to be going there. The last time was before I got back from Arizona and I've got to go in now very soon. It is actually dry there because it is a desert but it is something that's only in a few places like Texas and Arizona that you even find that problem. She is good now but it was catch and go last year when she was in that vet clinic. They were on it. They kept her overnight for several nights. They were monitoring night and day, calling me every day, everything. There were x-rays and all kind of tests so I spend about 1000 dollars. This was over a long period of time. She had to go back several times and have more x-rays for her lungs and stuff like that.
