I got my car stuck to the axles in snow in the driveway of the house we're selling. Thought I could make it but no. He was there 15 minutes after I called! He not only plowed the driveway out but helped me get my car out of the way (he did most the work!) so workmen and potential buyers could get in there. He billed me about half of what I expected to pay. He's just a good honest guy and I highly recommend him to anyone.

Jay's Painting Company painted my Soldotna, AK, home's nearly 1,000 square feet garage floor. I selected Jay Kriner's company about 10-days before my household goods would be delivered to my new home. The epoxy paint requires 7-days to cure. Jay had two of his experienced painters start my job 9-days before my movers arrived. They did a fantastic job of prepping the floor by grinding it, and sealing the cracks, and painting it. It was a perfect job when they finished applying 2 coats of epoxy paint, a layer of Deco-Flakes, and a final clearcoat of polyurethane paint. They put plastic film on both sides of the laundry room door, that opens into the garage, to restrict the intrusion of volatile epoxy and solvent fumes into the house. They will be my go-to company for my future painting projects.

Diane Stefan is a Superb and knowledgeable Real Estate Agent with many years of experience with Alaskan real estate.  She can help you buy or sell real estate anywhere in Alaska.  I met Diane in Anchorage, Alaska, and hired her to be my "Buyer's Real Estate Agent" for my next home in Soldotna, AK.  I learned about Diane from an acquaintance living in Anchorage, and also from my real estate agent that sold my former home in Marietta, Georgia, a suburb of Atlanta.
In my first meeting with Diane, she gave me a portfolio with three handouts.  One page listed 10 of her Commitments to the Buyer, and 4 of the Commitments she expected of me.  The second page summarized her home buying process in 16 steps.  The third page was a list of mortgage lending contacts, local and national.  Diane recommended that I use lenders in Alaska because in critical short turn-around situations, lenders in the "Lower-48 States" could not respond quickly enough because of the large differences in Time Zones from Alaska.  I met later with, and selected an excellent Senior Mortgage Loan Originator that was on Diane's list of lenders.  Diane asked me what style of home I was looking for, and the size of the home that I desired in Soldotna, on the Kenai Peninsula.  We discussed yard size and if views of the mountains, rivers, or Cook Inlet were important to me.  At the end of our meeting, I knew I wanted to work with Diane.  Together, during the next week, we put together a portfolio of potential homes for me to review and select for viewing.
After Diane and I looked at the first house that might have fit my wishes, it became obvious to me that Diane had a sharp eye for construction, and the lack of maintenance and care of the home that was up for sale.  Afterwards, I gave total control to Diane to negotiate the best possible deal for me on the next home we looked at.  My confidence in her talents was rewarded when she successfully, and quickly, developed a strategy and negotiated my Binding Contract for a home that had another buyer's interest.
I would work with Diane for every Alaskan home that I may sell or buy in the future.  She is an excellent "Buyer's Agent" and negotiator.  I would expect her skills to be just as good when she is a "Seller's Agent."
A Fact: Diane is a part of The Largest RE/MAX Office in the U.S.A. of about 300 people.

I am very happy with the company. I could have bought windows in my town instead of driving up to Anchorage but I am glad I made the trip. The windows are great quality, and working with Capitol Glass has been very easy. The are very friendly and were helpful with my many question. The customer service they provide outstanding.

John was great to work with. As he was working on the project more issues were found that needed to be handled. John handled them well and still maintained our time frame. He worked around our office hours which was wonderful as we can't be and quot;downand quot; during business hours.
