    Rock Landscaping
Russ, the owner of the company met us right away. He was very dedicated to his work, he gave us a quote within 20 mins and although he was hired another it's been my experience to get what you pay for. The crew was on time, professional and courteous. The works was left clean at the end of each day and only took 3 days as quoted. The owner kept me updated with photos throughout the entire project. When they were finish, they grated the yard to shed surface water away from the foundation. It's too late in the season for top soil and hydro seed so i'll be hiring them again next season. I don't get a chance to write many reviews but it was a pleasant experience I would recommend Rock landscaping to anyone.

Mr Brouillet was friendly and professional. Came out and looked at my project, gave a very fair estimate. Working around my schedule we set up a time for them to do the work. The helper he brought was nice and worked hard just like his boss. After the job he cleaned up and stood by the estimate even though they had used a bit more concrete than planned. My take away is that Mr Brouillet does what he says he will do and although he is running a business he also likes to help people too.

The job went smoothly and the results are excellent.  Dave spent time troubleshooting the leveling issue with my husband and knew exactly what to do to increase the stabilization issues in our home.  Other experience with contractors has not been good in even determining the appropriate course of action to take.  Dave understood the structural support issue immediately and was quick to identify and recommend a reasonable solution.  He installed a 12 foot beam under the sagging joist area in the crawl space.  He used pier blocks with adjustable bases.  We continue to see floor leveling improvements with the settling of the home due to the extra support beam with no damage to existing floor materials above.  It has also greatly improved the stability of our multi-level home.  His crew was excellent also and the work was completed very timely and at a reasonable cost.  I plan to hire him in the future for other large house projects.  The actual work performed came in under the estimate he provided.  Thank you Dave and son!

    Jensen Construction
We had a good experience with Dave and Jensen Construction and would definitely recommend him.  We spoke with several other contractors to get this work done and Dave was the most reliable by far.  Dave gave us a written description of the work that would be done with cost estimates for materials and labor.  The estimate noted certain contingencies so we would be aware of what might increase the cost (ex. unexpected site conditions).  He also answered our questions and explained what he intended to do in detail so we could understand the work involved and feel confident that it would be done correctly. Dave's work looks good and it seems like it will hold up well.  The fence and the damp proofing have only been through part of a winter so far, but so far-so good.  Would definitely recommend giving Dave a call.

    Renovations Unlimited
Great service, timely, and fair pricing. Josh and his crew took care of a section of the pony walk in the crawl space that had mold from a water leak. This job can be dangerous due to the weight of the house. The customer service and professionalism were excellent.

    Renovations Unlimited
Renovations Unlimited were speeding on everything. There was a few days before they actually got over here to look at the job but I had a quote within a day. They always answer the phone if I have any questions, they were reasonable, and I'm happy with Renovations Unlimited.

A portion of the all-weather wood foundation had not been adequately supported with metal braced 2x6 studs by the previous homeowner, and over about 15 years' time, water, ice heaves and soil movement had caused the wood foundation walls to begin bowing inward into the crawlspace. This project included digging out around the pertaining foundation, removing warped plywood walls, repositioning supporting 2x6s and anchoring with metal hurricane ties, application of Bituthene water seal coating, replacing deteriorated curtain drain piping, back-filling with sewer rock and soil, and hauling away unused excavated soil. The area was about 15 linear feet in each direction from a 90 degree corner. The concrete footers were in good condition and needed no repair. We had gotten an estimate from this company the previous year, in which they proposed additional extensive ditching to carry groundwater away from the foundation, but we felt the cost was prohibitive at that time.  With some modification of the project and a need to remedy a potential severe foundation problem, the work done was about $3,000 less than the earlier proposal. It was recommended that the work be done before the ground had completely thawed, to reduce the amount of ground water that might pool around the work area. It took about 12 days to complete the project, due to an unexpected 7 inch snowfall on May 18th and the coming of the 3-day Memorial Day holiday. There were 2 men, and some days 3, working on the project. They were efficient and hard working, knowledgeable about what needed to be fixed, and did even more than we expected. They were friendly and forthcoming with answers to any of our questions. We did not feel the need to oversee every step of their work. The only non-positive comment I would make is that the project might have been finished a little sooner if they had begun each day's work a littler earlier. Most days they were not here until after 9:00 am and some days not until noon. We were extremely satisfied with this company and would highly recommend the quality they provide in addressing a wood foundation problem.

Folks, do not use any other foundation company. These guys are the best hands down! Courteous, professional, hardworking, you name it! Don't waste your money or piece of mind with anyone else. Get it done right the first time. I actually found them through Angie's List. My family and I purchased a nice house recently but found out a week after moving in that the foundation had some serious issues and my first and second floors were sinking. I called AFT, talked with Scott, one of the owners, and he was out to my house within 30 minutes to a**** my situation (I was impressed from the get-go). Scott and his brother Bill were awesome! very professional and courteous as were the rest of the guys. Scott took his time and assessed my problem and gave me an estimate on the spot for repairs. Compared to my online research they were by far the best price around. Although a costly repair by nature, he gave me a great price for my repairs because he cared and understood my predicament. Most businesses seem to just care about money but not these guys. I appreciated that tremendously since we just moved here from Louisiana and spent a lot of our money in the move. I am also unemployed and money was kind of scarce to say the least. They fixed my foundation problem without a hitch and they were on-time every day and worked so hard I got tired just watching them. They explained everything each step of the way and the guys on the crew were very trustworthy and have great personalities. Special shout-out to James, Kenyon and Gerald because you guys were awesome! the hardest working guys I've ever seen and very courteous. I couldn't be more pleased with them and the service I received... they know their stuff! You don't have to worry about getting screwed over by this company because they're not like that. I would highly recommend them if you have foundation issues. V/r Ron Berard
