ASpartan locksmithWe have a newly remodeled split-entry duplex that needed specially keyed locks allowing tenant access to certain doors. Instead of having multiple keys and locks, we contacted Spartan Locksmith to help us find a solution. With limited time and short notice, Spartan Locksmith made time to help us find that solution, keyed our locks, and accommodated our needs. The $15.00 per lock fee and $55.00 service call was money well spent. The icing on the cake was getting an unexpected followup call from Spartan Locksmith a week later to make sure the work done was satisfactory (I have never heard of a locksmith doing a followup call). I have always felt that customer service plays a key roll in providing a good product; Spartan Locksmith exemplifies those feelings.- Michael H.

FDon't use these people! They destroyed my vintage Airstream door assembly and refused to replace it. They wanted to use some patching Bondo like material that they had never used before, and when I gave them over a year to replace it or pay me, Darla and accounting told me that they don't owe me anything because I wouldn't let them gum pucky it! If they are licensed and insured and bonded they should have just filed a claim and paid me but now I have to take them to court over an $800 hard to replace vintage door assembly. They have been rude and dismissive and I cannot recommend them at all to anyone ever especially if it's something you value, they have not proven to be trustworthy nor do they show good faith in business practices! If I were you I would hire anybody else you can but them!

DOn Jan 9th I ordered a 4 drawer AMSEC Stor it Cabinet AND two AMSEC Jewelry inserts 1375033 from Indehomes that were advertised on their website. I did receive the cabinet on Jan 23, but without the two ordered jewelry inserts.
I called and talked to Andrea about it and shortly after that I received, without notice, a refund for the inserts. I did manage to get her on the phone and she said she would check into it. I then received an email telling me they were discontinued and she could not find them.
I wrote her back telling her that AMSEC had 18 in stock and even gave her the phone number to call. I again didn't hear back from her, and she wouldn't answer the phone, so I had to call her from a number she wouldn't recognize. She did answer and she sounded so sincere when she said she would really check into it. However, to this day I have never heard back from her.
In the mean time, I ordered them from another company (and paid more for them) but received them in 8 days.
They were very nice on the phone the few time I could get a hold of them; however I would have appreciated sincerity instead!
They rarely answered their phones and I never used their Live Chat when anyone was there even though I tried many times.
