  It was Easter weekend when we noticed a leak from the water heater in the garage. We called “johnnies appliances” and he recommended Paul at Q-1 and Paul came the next day fixing the leak in one of the water connections. It was working. Two hours later it sprung another leak and we called Paul. He arrived from Wasilla with a new water tank heater within the hour and spent until 7 pm putting in the new water heater, also discovering a connection from the gas heater that was put in crooked and was releasing gas. He called another expert in to fix the gas leak. Paul stayed to ensure that everything was working and sealed. The cost was extremely reasonable even considering that it was a holiday weekend and they had made 2 trips from Wasilla to anchorage: did top notch guaranteed work and charged very reasonable rates make Q-1 my top pick of any service provider in the Mat-Su borough. Don’t go anywhere else. Q-1 and Johnnies are the best service folks and I wouldn’t go to anyone else.

He and assistant returned at the time promised and quickly installed the new unit and made sure all was up to code. He explained the warranty and unit operation. The also took extra care to protect carpets while moving the old unit from a basement. We were very pleased with the all aspects of the job and will definitely recommend to others.
