  Excellent service! Very punctual! We had to have a friend of ours take delivery of our car in Michigan, and the company did a good job with communication and delivery of vehicle on time. Would definitely recommend this company for your vehicle transportation needs.

  QUALITY TRANSMISSION SVC LLC

  This was one of the worst customer service experiences that I have ever had, and that is saying a lot. I drove my truck to the shop to get the clutch replaced, it was slipping but not totally out, and when they finished their work the truck would not start. I paid over $1000 dollars for the clutch work, $65 for a tow to the repair shop, and over $1400 to repair the damage that 'Quality' Transmission did to my truck. (during the course of their work they fried the PCM). They offered no compensation.

He told me, "I would never take my car anywhere but Jay's Auto." After more than 18 years of engaging Jay to help with our many vehicles, I still completely agree with this rousing endorsement. Jay is a certified expert mechanic for Mazda, has a wealth of expertise working with many vehicle types, has the highest standard of integrity, and is a pleasure to do business with. He has helped us evaluate, maintain, and repair our vehicles through the past two decades (Mercedes, Porsche, Toyota, Ford, Mazda, Subaru, and Bigfoot - including trucks, RV's, vans, SUV's, hybrids, sedans, and several convertibles). And, if a repair is outside his area of expertise, he knows who to send us to for excellent service. Jay has been unfailingly welcoming, kind, and honorable. His work is the highest quality, timely, and he has earned our trust for guidance on when and what maintenance or repairs are needed. He accommodates our schedules, minimizes costs, and occasionally reminds us about tire switches and routine maintenance - which is much appreciated. It is always a pleasure to have work done through Jay’s Auto. We know our vehicles will be safe. That the work will be done right. Quickly. At a reasonable cost. With genuine care. An auto repair experience just doesn’t get better than that.

  TUDOR AUTO CARE

  I've been using Tudor Auto for years. This review is from a friend who interacted with them today: I have to tell you I love Tudor Auto. My car has some major issues with the engine, but Joe called me and told me they ran a full diagnostic on it and because it takes some specialty tools (lots of them, that only the dealer has) he will not start digging into the engine and bill me a huge amount. He would have to add the cost of the tools also….. So I was able to pick up the car and no charge from them. He was very nice and honest. Not the news I wanted to hear about my engine….but he was very honest

  Took my car in with several problems and for routine oil change. Raoul diagnosed the problems and got me back on the road for a fair price. The service was great, didn't take long for all that was done, and Raoul checked in with me along the way to let me know what needed to be done, what costs to expect, and how long service would take. The car is in good shape now, and I'll definitely go back to Northwest Auto for future service.

  Called on a Sunday, but then realized they were not open, so hung up after two rings.  Marty called back immediately and helped me out.  Arranged for a tow truck for my stranded Suburban, and had it back up an running Monday afternoon.  Fast, professional, and very customer service focused.  Will totally use them again.
