AABC IncIt turned out beautifully! It's triple paned glass and seals very nicely. I bought a cute handle which they installed on the outside of the window so I can use the window as a door to my deck and pull it shut from the outside. An electrical outlet was in the way which they moved very nicely to a lower spot alongside the window. The inside framing around the window was matched carefully and looks very nice. They had to do some drywall fixes and painting when they moved the outlet. They covered all the surrounding furniture and carpeting. They cleaned up everything when they were done, the two guys were very professional and answered any questions I had. This was my second window install by ABC, Inc. The first one went perfectly, that was about 3 or 4 years ago. I'm so pleased with it that ABC was my immediate choice when choosing an installer for this last project. They also put in a beautiful gutter along one side of my house so that I could get started on creating a rain barrel system a couple of years ago. Jesse came back a couple of times to help me re-arrange the downspout when I needed it to be aimed in different directions, all with a pleasant attitude and no charge. ABC Inc. is 5 stars in my book!!- Susan R.

CA & A ROOFING COThe person that came out and gave the estimate designed a drain system that was clean and followed the lines of the building. The young men that cam out an installed the gutters found a quicker and less attract means to complete the installation. The cost was more than the estimate.- Larry K.

AThe process went very smoothly from the first visit, when the owner Sue, came out to the house to get the gross measurements for the estimate. Once that was done, an employee came out to do the actual measurements, the windows were ordered and then installed. The installation took 8 days and a schedule was provided in advance of what work would be done on a given day. One framed in window cracked for an undetermined reason and the owner took responsibility without question, ordered a replacement and had the new window installed within 10 days.
The work crew to care to cover the carpet with plastic and cleaned up at the end of each day. The house is multi-level with 4 very large framed in windows. The crew installed and did all exterior work without problems.
After the work was completed, the owner came out again to review all of the work to ensure that it was completed to her and my satisfaction.
I highly recommend ABC Inc. I found Sue to be extremely easy to work with, very professional, as was her crew.

BI have used them twice. They satisfy a particular market need and they provide lower costing workers. My friend says largely because they are utilizing union workers post hours. They can bid lower because they are using guys at least some of the times, who are supplementing union work. That basically describes the niche. They definitely bid under the others. The cost of labor is certainly competitive not to my surprise. Of course the material cost are all the same. As far as the quality of work I would not describe it as high end. It is more functional and proficient. The reason I called them back was because they bid low. There was a lot of finished work that needed to happen in order to meet the original objective just to make a conversion of a single family home into two apartments which involved adding a kitchen, finishing a storage space and making improvements to the renovation throughout. They did all the big stuff but there was a lot of little stuff. They were putting in a competitive bid and I was trying to save as much as possible. I didn't bring them to come back and do some work at home. I had some challenges with the door. They installed the door frame with an unconventional wall mount and I needed them to come back and correct it and they came back corrected it. It seemed to be sufficient but it still has a couple of new . that we work around. Another contractor probably would not have touched it because it wasn't the code specific. They are willing to consider unconventional requests. They did cleanup. Shawn the communicator and then he works with one guy . available.
