  Called in an order salesman told me that item(s) that I wanted were at two of there other stores and would be available for delivery to our residence  within approximately 5 days.  Since we have been told that items are spread through out other stores within the state and our order would not arrive under two weeks or more.  Wanted to cancel order due to extended time frame which conflicted  with delivery in time for out of state visitors arriving week of October 1st.  Vendor was very hesitant to refund pre-paid cost of items and invoked many purchase restrictions/charges that we would incur as a result of cancellation.  This would have been acceptable if it were not for the fact that the order was called in via telephone and salesman failed to mention any of these restrictions but was very accommodating when charging our credit card.
