Snow Removal reviews in Big Lake

Real People ~ Real Reviews ~ Real Results

  • It went very well.  There was a discrepency on the price as the topsoil they got me was higher quality and more expensive than what they had planned for.  We compromised to a fair solution and completed the job with the highest quality.  Their business integrity is top notch.

  • I really like the service that Quality One has provided. Whenever we need an emergency plow they get to us as soon as possible before the end of the day. Wasilla is huge and I know it's impossible to be everywhere at once, but some people don't understand that. Quality One has our driveway plowed and clean before the city (Burrough) even gets a chance to plow our streets! If you are looking for a professional and reliable snow plowing company, look no further because you will find it with Quality One.

  • Entering into a contract with Sourdough Builders was an enormous mistake.  The nightmare drags on and on. They breached several terms of their own contract, and cut corners everywhere to make more money themselves and give us a lower quality home than promised.  They gave us a cost sheet which included approximately $1,800. towards a survey of our lot then never bothered to have the survey done.  They have all sorts of stories of inspections performed on the property but haven't provided one piece of documentation to prove it.  They hired an unlicensed subcontractor to install the plumbing. Several drains for our home are missing, others are improperly installed.  They forgot to install hot and cold water lines for domestic water. The in-floor heating tubes were installed so poorly we were told we would need a supplemental heating system to heat the house if the job continued. The builder never had engineered drawings done for the house.
They seem to have gotten quality bids for the pricing sheet, then undercut those amounts with lesser quality of work while still charging us high prices. Construction came to a hault when they chose not to admit or remedy any of the issues we raised with them.  They have cost us the loss of an entire building season and good deal of money in damages and attorney fees. Mark was constantly gone, and I got to hear plenty of bear hunting stories about last weekend and next while my project progressed at a snail's pace.  Mark was absent despite promises when we signed the contract that he would oversee everything closely. He continually changed his story as to whether he was involved in any of it and whether or not things would be fixed and what he had promised, etc.   If Mark Hull told me it was noon, I would check my watch.

  • He called me back quickly after I left him a message. He quickly went and looked at my driveway. Ask pointed questions on exactly what I wanted plowed. He did it right then and then arranged a time in which he would return to get paid. I arranged this one day before coming to the home. So that was pretty good service. He informed me of all his services he could help me with in the future when he returned for payment. He was clean and courteous. I kept his card for future use. I will use him again if I can.

  • The Lawn Rangers did a good job. He's fast and reliable about coming out here. I've never had any problems getting him to come back, I had a problem where somebody run over one of my shrubs and they came out and replaced it and fixed it the next day.

  • The snow plowing costs $35 for my driveway and they do a really good job. They are good people and it is a family business. They come out every couple of weeks, have good pricing and are personable. They took time to talk to me about my landscaping; knew exactly what I wanted and did a great job. I found them on the internet and will use them again in the future.

  • Returned my call immediately. Did a great job within a hour.

  • They've been doing service for me for approximately the second year. It was exceptional.
    - Pete G.
  • Great customer service!
