We would use the internet realty sites to search for homes in the Wasilla/Palmer area in which we might be interested, forward those home MLS listings to Craig and he would provide us with very useful feedback on the home, the neighborhood in which it was located, weather factors which might be of consideration in each area, etc. When we sold our home in May he began looking for additional homes which were similar to the ones in which we had expressed interest. Upon arriving in Wasilla, we met with Craig and his associate Amy St. Pierre to refine the searches. The following day Craig and Amy were able to show us several homes, one of which we eventually purchased. From the time we made the offer to purchase through the closing and subsequent possession Craig and Amy were there to assist in every endeavor, from home inspection to final walk through, closing and possession

    Ms. Moss and her team managed my rental property in Wasilla for five years.  For that entire time, Moss kept good, clean, paying renters in my home and took good care of the property.  I lived in Louisiana and could not visit the home whenever there was a problem. Moss and her team were always right on problems.  They routinely scheduled maintenance and repairs and the house was well kept.  When it came time to sell, the home had the same carpet and paint as it had when I left it in 2010. The rent was always paid on time.

    Matt was excellent! My family moved up from the lower 48, and we had one day to look at houses. Matt went above and beyond and met with my husband and I on Memorial day to discuss our game plan and educate us on the housing market up in Alaska. We also had to bring our 2month old daughter with us for the whole trip and Matt was so kind. You can tell that he is a family man, because he was awesome with myself and my husband, but also our young daughter. The next day Matt took us out to the Valley to view properties. He was able to get us into seven properties in one day. While we were in the properties he never rushed us or acted like he didn't want to be there with us. He seems like the kind of man that you would would want to be friends with and hang out with, but he is also so knowledgeable about real estate you feel like you are in excellent hands! Matt is very smart and personable. Once we chose the house we wanted we were in a bidding war where we were the third party making an offer. Matt went above and beyond to help educate us on what we needed to bring to the table, and we won! 
     I would absolutely recommend Matt to anyone. He was prompt and professional, while still being personal and warm. He is the perfect package when it comes to a real estate agent.

    I interviewed the two realtors and choose Michael because of his understanding of the market and ease of working with him. The other realtor wanted me to travel to Anchorage to sell my home in Wasilla, that made no sense. He gave us suggestions of what needed to be done, and with only two scheduled showings our home was sold. By the way the first appointment never showed. Everything in motion and done from inspection to signing. Same day we had a offer, went to look at one home that fit our needs and put in a offer for just the right amount. Helped us deal with a weird inspection (seller's people). He did everything we needed to move within 1 day. He knows what he is doing and made this sell and purchase the easiest we have ever done!

    Ann Curtis was extremely professional and very organized. She really has a marketing plan which is something we are looking for. I think she has been in the business for a long time. She knows the valley very, very well. She comes in with a marketing plan so she doesn't just list my house and then sit back and wait for somebody to call.

    They are fine but the agent that i dealt with on the other side of the sale i would never ever recommend them to anyone and i would never participate in a real estate deal she is involved with. We bought the house so it was a successful sale. The agency itself is fine but the agent that i dealt with is untrustworthy. I am very sure she committed some illegal actions in the process of my sale. Their was complete lack of professionalism.

    Krystal, Devon and the rest of the team are an AMAZING group!  Foremost, they were very helpful at accommodating our schedule we when wanted to see homes. You can tell they stay on top of the market as they were able to tell us what development was planned for in the area and talked about what homes were selling for.  When we found what we were looking for they helped us write up a great offer and a cover letter that added a nice personal touch. Once we were in contract they remain in communication all the way through to closing.  What I'm most pleased about was when a problem did arise, the house didn't look professionally cleaned as we asked it to be, they made sure the cleaning service went back to the home and tidied up the areas of concern.  I would high recommend Team Rogers for their professionalism, customer service, and energy.

    i rented a house from prudential, i worked with Tracy Brewington and her staff, repairs were never done (my family was charged for that) they never represented me or my family they work only for the owners of property and they never gave me back my 8,000 dollar deposit. The house we rented had tile floor and the grout was filthy when we moved in it was never cleaned the house was a mess had dirt and dust all over every thing (i had to clean the house my self before i could move in)we were given 30 days to move because the owners were moving back in to the house. even after my self and 5 of my friends cleaned the house top to bottom i was still charged for cleaning and charged for the dirty grout that was filthy when i moved in. Tracy was very unprofessional gave me every excuse in the world not to discuss the deposit with the owners. in short dont rent from prudential they work ONLY for the owners and will screw you out of your deposit.They over price every rental they represent and now demand you have rental insurance before even renting to any one. I dont think i ever saw one smile from Tracy Brewington the hole tome we worked with her, she is judgmental racist and an all around snob, and it seams to roll over to her staff. the office in Wasilla has the worst customer serves ever, if you like being talked down to then this is the realtor for you.

    Working with other real estate companies isn't always the easiest - but in this case - this particular file has been a joy!  The builder and buyer - and licensee's are all working together to make this a win for all involved.  it is refreshing to work with a good group of folks - and Doug and the crew at C-21 North Homes have been a pleasure to deal with.
